Not Worth The Trouble
Flashing not removed from holes in heat platen costing time while trying to find them and then discovered that the groves in the press part that screws into on top of the platen are not wide enough for the cup screws to slide into which in turn renders the screws tó short to secure it. Returning it and getting one that I assured was not from the same company that made this one. Just a lot of little things that made it junk, wish I would of read the negative reviews first.

There are very few instructions
Rather aggravated about this product. It came unassembled with no instructions on n putting it together, no instructions on use and there were no Utube videos. I’m still trying to figure out how to get the temperature to maintain consistent degrees. I have been able to use with simple projects. Haven’t tried to figure out how to assemble it for caps and mugs. If you buy this make sure there is someone to put it together!!

Self assembly
I received this product with no assembly instructions and it is self assembled. It is missing some assembly items as well. The how-to videos that others have completed, have the actual machine assembled and the attachments are not assembled. I am disappointed in this product.
