The TP-Link Deco BE25 (Deco 7) Dual-Band BE5000 WiFi 7 Mesh system has been an absolute game changer for our home network.Setup was surprisingly simple, and within minutes we had strong, stable coverage throughout the entire house. Dead zones we used to struggle with are completely gone. The signal stays consistent even when moving between floors and rooms, which makes a huge difference for streaming, video calls, and smart devices.Speed and reliability have both been noticeably improved. Everything feels faster and more responsive, especially with multiple devices connected at once. The app is also easy to use for managing settings and monitoring the network.It worked so well that we ended up ordering more units to expand coverage even further. That really says it all—this system just works, and it works well. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their home WiFi to something truly reliable.

This is a great router with a really helpful, well designed app. It’s been a number of years before I’ve had to setup a router band while I don’t remember it being too difficult in the past, this router was extremely easy to setup.Step 1) Plug in the routers.Step 2) Open the app and follow the simple instructions.Our routers were setup in 2 minutes and have been nearly flawless ever since. They do have ports in the back you can plug directly into but that’s not something I use.It’s a major upgrade from our ISP provided router.The only issue that I have had is with just one device switching back and forth through the mesh system/different routers. The computers VPN didn’t like that and caused an issue. Luckily it was an easy fix in the app to keep my computer on one of the routers.All said, these work great, I’m getting Gbps speed, and the app is extremely well designed. The app allows for monitoring, adding a VPN to some or all devices, a dedicated IOT network, and honestly a lot more.I am very happy with this purchase.

Wanted to "extend" our new internet from a copper to fiberoptic system (fiberoptic is good for "speed", but sucks for "strength"). This resolved that. However, had issues setting up; Best Buy person could not help, and instructions did not address. If you do not want it to be a separate system, but to make system you have have better coverage (e.g., "extend" to larger area), set it up using the SAME internet name and password & click the button to connect to network (not toggle back and forth depending on need). Lost minimal strength from modem location (house is 2100 sift); also, unit comes with CAT 6 and I changed it to a CAT 8 to limit strength loss (speed is there due to fiberoptic network).

One worked with the existing system. One could not connect, try to connect or reset. But the overall deco environment is good enough I had previously bought a 3 pack. Hope this is a one off

Update 8/12:So stability issues are more rare now but I noticed many websites and apps are loading much much slower and it is obnoxious.Amazon and IMDB, for example, struggle to load images or customer photos. On 5G, everything loads instantly.I'm done with these decos and I'd highly recommend you stay away too.Original review:This system started out fine, but after less than a year of use, it has become incredibly unreliable. About a week ago, I began experiencing intermittent internet and network issues, and they have since become an almost daily occurrence.Sometimes the Deco units lose their internet connection and won't reconnect until they are rebooted. Other times, the Wi-Fi network itself crashes, causing all connected devices to lose access. Either way, I'm left without internet until I manually intervene.What's especially frustrating is that I replaced a six-year-old refurbished Netgear Nighthawk with this system solely to expand my wireless coverage. That router was absolutely rock solid and never once required a reboot during the entire time I owned it. I expected a modern Wi-Fi 7 mesh system to be at least as reliable, if not better.For a mesh system at this price point, having to reboot the units nearly every day to restore connectivity is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this product.

The best. I'm a huge TP-Link fan. Must of the plugs in my house are tp link they great with my mesh. Setup was simple. The features are great. With the app I can manage my network from anywhere. I got these because the one provided by my local Internet provider was device locked. None of the devices on my network could see each other. There was no way to turn it off even though they claimed you could. Turns out they remove the feature in a firmware update. So I got these and love them. I've now got my Alexa speakers working together.Setup for whole house VPN was a little more complex and the app did not like to refresh but it worked. My NordVPN with static IP setup easy so everyone in the house gets their privacy from snoops. (Spectrum actively monitors what you're doing online constantly. NO privacy with them. They do not need to see what I'm doing in my banking apps).

The Deco BE25 has been a fantastic upgrade from my previous Eero setup. The link between the two nodes is incredibly fast, delivering consistent performance throughout my home. Setup was a breeze—straightforward and quick, even for a non-techie.One small downside: it comes with US plugs by default, so I had to order UK plugs separately. Also, I wish it was powered via USB-C for more flexibility. Still, these are minor issues compared to the overall performance and ease of use. Highly recommended if you're looking to step up your home network.

Muy buen producto, bajo la configuración que lo tengo recibo casi el 100% de lo que me permite mi red por wifi. Eso si, he notado que ayuda mucho el hecho de tener una señal fuerte, es muy cómodo de moverte por tu casa sin tener que estarte moviendo entre redes. En mi caso yo buscaba el paquete de 3 pero no lo encontré a buen precio por lo que opte por 2 de 2. Sin dudas lo volvería a comprar.
