What does this machine come with? Solid baffle and Holey baffle? 3 pack of scrapers? Baffle brush, lids and dipping tools?

Comes with a solid and a holey baffle 3 pack of scrapers lid and a brush. Overall, good machine and worth the money. I purchased dipping tools separate. Run my machine regularly without any issues. A second bowl is nice (extra cost but worth it for me) in that I can start working on my white chocolate while cleaning up the dark chocolate. Tempering does take a little time, but the machine does the work.

what is the capacity of this tempering machine?

10lbs with standard baffle, 17lbs with holey baffle.

Is the REv 5 compatable with the Rev3Z enrober?

As of now it's not (bummer) - but according to ChocoVision it's only a matter of time, they he something in the works.
