When : We recommend taking L-Arginine at anytime during the day.   Dosage : A typical dose of L-Arginine ranges from between 5-20 grams per day split into 3 doses.   Side Effects : L-Arginine is safe for most people when taken appropriately. It can cause some side effects such as abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhoea, gout, blood abnormalities, allergies, airway inflammation, worsening of asthma and low blood pressure.
