Good value for the money
Good quality, securely packaged, FedEx handle with care. Ran it on propane, worked well. Very quiet. A little hard to start on propane. Maybe air in line. Would recommend.

Great generator!
I bought the PowerSmart 3800W generator for camping trips and for emergency backup. I recently used it on a two day camping trip and I couldn't be happier. It's lightweight, quiet, and preforms as advertised. It fired right up every time and I didn't need to use the choke even after it sat for several hours. It runs really quiet and smooth, no reving up and down. I ran two large fans and the two air pumps for the air mattress at the same time, and it barely went above idle. I ran it at night and couldn't hear it over the fans. A group of campers a few sites down from us were using a Predator generator the same size and it was noticeably louder. The only thing I wish was different was the tank size. It will run for about 6.5 hours with two fans on one tank. One person commented that they wished it had a fuel shutoff you run the gas out of the carburetor, but it does run for a few seconds after turning it off to run the gas out of the carb. Seems to be a great little generator so far!

Good so far!
Well packaged and arrived un damaged. Put oil and gas in it, set the choke, and on the third pull it fired right up! Impressively quiet. Weight is certainly not bad as well. Bought this for camping and as of now, see no problems with it. Can't wait to try it at the campsite. Bought the 3800 Watt model.

It works well and is nice and quiet. This was important as I use it camping. I wish the fuel capacity was bigger as is does not quite last the night when running the heater and other appliances.
