I have had this wart removed twice by a doctor and it kept on coming back. It has no answer to wartner.

The new applicator is useless. Nothing comes out.
The new Wartner applicator requires you to twist the top 3 times to break the seal, then line up the cap correctly, then press down on the blue button for something to happen. But nothing happens. The new applicator is over-complicated and useless. BE AWARE THAT YOU CANNOT RETURN IT TO AMAZON WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK

Effective if you keep applying
This product works well, but it takes a lot of time, usually a few weeks, so it is good but you may need more than one packet to eliminate the affected area.

Precise application
This was easy to use and very precise in its application, all good advantages. The product inside the pen applicator did not last for long enough to keep treating the verruca and so did not remove it before all the product was finished. Therefore, although this product did some good and was very precise, it did not complete the job by any means - hence my star rating. I do not know how many of these pens it would take but judging from the results so far, it would turn out rather expensive to keep using these.
