Product description Awesome product! Helps me better my stability and balance for yoga poses. Now I don't fall and embarrass myself during the class. A must have product if you are a yogi newbie. -RG I've been using the balance pad at standing desk with some basic exercises for balance and strength. Really like it. It's thick but not too thick. Can also use as a sitting pad. Of course that would defeat the purpose of my standing desk. -MG I had surgery 2 years ago on my knee and I am still not able to walk or stand for long periods of time. I was told to get this and practice 3 minutes a day, 3x’s a day just standing on it. It has helped with my balance and has made standing more comfortable.
