HONEST REVIEW!! i just bought this and it finally came in and ive had no troubles so far! no scratches, or any damage. kinda bummed i bought the normal 16 instead of the plus or pro but that was my fault for not realizing lol. i love the color, a lot faster than my 14plus i’ve had for 5 years, turns on quickly too when you restart it. definitely would recommend buying!

The best phone ever I been having it for almost a year now quality, very good size right.. The camera never gave me problems. The screen is great. The price is good I will keep buying phone from here.

The phones being sold may still have outstanding balances owed to the carrier, and this is not being clearly disclosed upfront. As a result, buyers can end up with devices that initially work fine but are later blocked by the carrier due to non-payment. This situation leaves buyers stuck with unusable phones and no recourse, which is extremely frustrating and unfair. Transparency is critical when selling devices tied to financing agreements, and failing to disclose this information puts buyers at serious risk. I strongly recommend that potential buyers exercise caution, ask for proof that the phone is fully paid off, and verify its status with the carrier before completing any purchase. Sellers should be honest about the financial status of their devices to avoid causing harm to others. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience and want to warn others before they make the same mistake. This seller is selling phones that are not fully paid off, which puts buyers at serious risk. The way the scam works is that they sell you a device that appears to function normally at first, but because there is still an outstanding balance on the phone, it can be blocked by the carrier after a short period of time. Great phone, arrived quickly, in incredible shape. Very pricey but worth it, as the gift recipient is extremely happy with it!

I will be real and list the pros and cons about this iphone. Pros: It's a legit, unlocked iPhone. It works perfectly fine and takes awesome photos! I haven't had it recently scratch or cracked despite dropping it once or twice. It isn't slow (like my last iPhone), battery life is amazing, and charges very quickly as well. The price isn't as bad compared to the Apple Store. It looks fine to the eye. It works fine with my MacBook as well. It came with a charger. Cons: It came a little bit scratched. The bottom had a little dent or scratch to it. Nothing too noticeable. Personally, it wasn't a problem for me but it can be for others so I thought I should mention. One notable issue for me though is the screen turning hot pink. I'm not sure what exactly what it is but on rare occasions, if my phone is left on and slowly dims the screen (you know when it's about to turn off), the screen suddenly has a hot pink filter over it and a bold hot pink border around the screen. It's not causing me any issues at the moment BUT I fear it might in the future and I may have to pay for it to be repaired.

So, this was a long shot because I decided to buy refurbished for the first time and I'm not in the United States. Gladly, this ended up well for me, I waited a little for this review. The phone arrived earlier than expected, in excellent condition as I was hoping for, I bought it unlocked. I wasn't sure if it came with eSim (I made sure my phone carrier had eSim support) fortunately, I was able to set up my carrier without any problems. I love it, it's very nice looking and I received it with 94% battery capacity with over 200 cycle counts. Everything is as expected so I'm very happy. One month of use and it's been smooth, no issues so far.

This refurbished iPhone 16 was rated as "excellent" which Amazon describes as 1) having a battery life greater than 80%, 2) having no scratches on the screen, and 3) having no visible cosmetic defects within 12 inches. The battery would not charge beyond 1% regardless of the amount of time charged or the methods used (different cables versus magnetic). There were TWO scratches on the screen already visible through the Amazon shipping protective cover. And there were cosmetic defects visible beyond 12 inches around the port (which was the least of my concern, but I bring it up because it's not what Amazon promised). As a further insult, as I was trying to start the return process online, the Amazon website kept on insisting that this defective phone was linked to my iCloud account. I NEVER even entered entered my iCloud account information into the phone The defective phone couldn't actually stay on long enough (despite being plugged in) for me to get it set up. I had to find a work around to get my refund submitted. This product was refurbished through Amazon, not a third party. Amazon, do a better job at quality control and stop wasting everyone time by actually selling what you're advertising.

The phone works as it should. The battery holds a charge. No complaints for his phone basically looked brand new

Got my new iPhone 16 today the phone is in great shape, it has one scratch on the screen but no other scratches or damage. It fired up with enough charge to do my transfer and load all my apps. Works great arrived so fast too! Great deal!
