Light plastic
It is a nice set as shown in the pictures. The soap dispenser pump is good quality. The toilet brush is sturdy and of good quality. The only reason I am giving 4 star is that the plastic are light and look cheap if you are looking for a fancy soap dispenser.

This is a nice simple set for the bathroom. It has everything you will need. It comes with the trash can, toilet holder/brush, soap dispenser, soap holder, extra cup and toothbrush holder. Since its black it can really blend with alot of different bathroom designs. Very lightweight and seems pretty durable so far.
