I am almost 40 had have been diagnosed with MTHFR. I added this to part of my daily supplements to try to stabilize some symptoms. I also have cut folic acid out of my diet. The two things together have helped so much. I notice a huge boost in energy when taking this supplement. I also feel like I get a more restful night of sleep when I take it. My joint pain has decreased, but I do not know how much was change of diet and how much was adding this supplement. If you are committed to dropping folic acid and cleaning up your diet, this stuff is fantastic to add. A little bit goes a long way. It tastes okay, not great but if fine for a few drops. Dropper is quality. Doesn't leak and is easy to use.

Easy to take with a great flavor! The only downside is that the dropper/ cap isn't child resistant.

After hearing of this supplement I was skeptical if it actually worked or not. I have been taking this for months now and here is what I have found. My mood has gotten a lot better, I sleep better, my vitamin level are at a good level, and I overall feel better. I used it as instructed by their pouring the amount from the dropper into my mouth and swallowing it. Or putting into a shake or green juice in the morning. It is easy to swallow since it doesnt take bad so even by its self is just fine to take. I would recommend you talk to your doctor before taking just to make sure you dont make your levels go too high but if you struggle to have your vitamins be at a good level this is a great option

I typically hit a 2pm wall every day at work and I wanted something to help with that. I recently found this product and it has so many benefits I thought I'd give it a try. I noticed within a couple of days that the 2pm wall I usually hit is no more. Plus the other added benefits of brain, mood, heart, and nerve support are an extra bonus! Definitely recommend. The flavor is also pretty good, I don't need to put it in water to take it.

I am hopeful that this product will do what it says. I think it’s worth taking.
