Review: Good product - On seeing reviews from others about this breaking, I thought I had made a mistake buying this. But on seeing the pictures, I realized that the installation was not done properly. Hence, I took great care in installing this cloth hanger. Once I ensure my screws are securely drilled into the wall, I felt confident. I have been using this for over a month. No complaints. I have installed this by myself as I have all the tools with me like drilling machine, etc. However, if you do not have the tools, please request service from an experienced carpenters. Plumbers/Electricians would not have experience installing this and overtime the product may get damaged due to improper installation

On seeing reviews from others about this breaking, I thought I had made a mistake buying this. But on seeing the pictures, I realized that the installation was not done properly. Average cloth drying hanger with reasonable quality. Took some effort to install (since I was doing myself). But thanks to the manufacturer for providing link to youtube video in the manual. After installation, it works as expected. Initially struggled with the long end of the ropes that often got entangled. I cut the extra length out and problem solved. I wish the rope was thicker and also that they could have provided atleast 4 caps per rope (instead of 1) as per standard in other brands. Overall, does provide you value for the money spent.

Very ideal and useful product where space is the constraint. In my case length was not an Issue but the width was a major problem ( about 12 inches ). After lot of searches I found the tight product in Amazon. Installed today with help from UC. Perfect product. Thanks to Amazon for locating this vendor.
