If the ice maker stop to make ice when the ice is not full, maybe there are something blocking the inner wall. Remove the obstruction inside or clean the inner wall of the ice basket.

How do I clean the ice maker?

The ice maker machine has an automatic cleaning function. Remove the ice basket and add water or a water/vinegar mixture in a ratio of 5:1 to the “MAX” water level. Then Press and hold the ICE/CLEAN button for 3 seconds to start self-cleaning.
