But I do not know about a Magmod adpater. If you are referring to the same product, using a different name then yes, all is OK. I would add it does work well. The magnets are powerful & do their job but when items are left loose the magnets have a habit of falling out. **Q: Can you stack them, for instance have two grids and the sphere?** A: Unlikely. I've tried to stack the selens grip, gel holder and grid with the Magmod Magsphere on top; the grid fell off with the sphere still attached.
