However, I was pleasantly surprised!To optimize performance with my iPhone 16 Pro Max in a busy and loud CrossFit gym, I adjusted the settings by turning off voice isolation and lowering the gain by two notches.The clarity was exceptional. Even with noise isolation turned off, I could hear the other person perfectly, and the audio quality was top-notch.A couple of areas for improvement:Carrying Case – Unlike many competitors, these do not come with a dedicated carrying case. Most premium options include an AirPods-style case or a small travel pouch, but these arrive in a simple foam cutout from the original packaging. A proper case would be a great addition.Connectivity Impedance – Since the device connects via the USB-C port at the bottom of the iPhone, holding the phone naturally places your hand over the receiver. For those with larger hands, this can completely block the receiver, potentially disrupting the microphone connection if not positioned carefully.Overall, the quality and performance far exceeded my expectations, making these an excellent choice despite a couple of minor drawbacks.
