I’ve been using the Kamrui Mini PC for a few weeks now, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! As someone who needs a reliable computer for both work and entertainment, this little device has been a game-changer. It’s incredibly fast—thanks to the powerful processor and SSD, I can switch between tasks like video editing, streaming, and browsing without any lag. The compact design is perfect for my small desk, and I love how it doesn’t take up much space but still delivers desktop-level performance. Plus, setting up my dual monitors was a breeze with the HDMI ports. What really stands out to me is how portable it is. I often work from different locations, and being able to just slip the Kamrui Mini PC into my bag is so convenient. The Wi-Fi 6 support ensures I always have a stable and fast internet connection, which is a huge plus for video calls and streaming. For the price, this mini PC offers incredible value—it’s powerful, versatile, and perfect for anyone who needs a compact yet high-performing computer. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

This little mini is quite capable and quiet. If you get it on sale it is a great little pc for media and light gaming. The only downside really is the included ssd. They should have included a faster m.2 drive instead. They could have done so for maybe a cost of 5-10 dollars more at most. So when I got this I wasn't quite happy with the ssd performance. I got a new m.2 and put a fresh install of windows 11(always do a fresh, clean install with a new pc) on it: I got the Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD. (Don't worry, the Windows 11 license is unaffected by the drive change and fresh install.) Now don't get me wrong, if you're using this just as a media device the included ssd is fine. Or if you are upgrading from a really old machine that uses a mechanical drive, you'll be delighted with the included ssd drive. However, M.2 drives are just a lot faster, and now this thing boots in no time and is now really nice and snappy overall. You can definitely tell the difference. And then if you want to you can reformat the original ssd and use it for a little extra storage. I have a large external drive, so I elected to not use the orignal ssd, and keep that slot open for slightly better internal air flow. This also came with 1 stick of 16GB DDR4 RAM. If you have 2 sticks of 8GB laying around, or 2 sticks of 16 GB, that would be even better. If not, the single stick is OK. But if you want to do a little gaming, 2 sticks is a must in my opinion. Just better performance. But serious gamers obviously should build their own pc. For someone like me, though it is perfect. I can have as many tabs open in my browser as I like, watch a video, and even game a bit with older titles and lower settings. I've even played less demanding games and watched videos at the same time. It's only a couple months old, but no issues so far.

Very disappointed and you GET WHAT YOY PAY FOR! I have been in the IT business for over 35 years, and I have always used Dell products. Then with customer concerns over rising priced I started deploying the mini-PC’s and what a disappointment with the lack of support and inferior hardware quality. Sure, out of the box the compact size and lower price seem appealing, yet this is “short-lived” and DON’T expect to get 6-8 years out of these like all the Dell products perform. The fans will fail first and try to get BIOS updates, forget it I have sent so many emails to Kamrui support and its NEVER resolved. I now have M.2 SSD failures and after the drive is replaced Windows-11 fails saying no TPM Support. Searched and searched and searched more and have now sent 3- support emails trying the get a W11 Supported BIOS and still days later NOTHING! Spend the extra money and buy Dell when there is REAL SUPPORT and an organized list when you will not have to spend days trying to get your hardware drivers. Spend the extra money now or regret it later with this inferior crap that will cost tons of hours or waited time! I just search my Amazon orders for Kamrui and I have placed 42 orders wit the first dating back to October 2021 and with those 42 orders I have ordered a total of 63 Kamrui systems for my clients and I have regrated starting last year when these systems started failing one after another. Consider yourself lucky if you get past the three-year mark, which is where I started seeing these failures and I should have reported it over a year ago. Now that its NOT just the fans but now the M.2 drives failing and BIOS that DO NOT support Windows-11 it’s become MORE than AGGERVATING!

Update: Have had computer for 4 months now. Still very happy with computer and Kamrui product support! Still recommend. Great mini-computer. Although the only thing mini about this computer is the size! It boots up to Win 11 in less than 30 seconds. I had several older laptops, a Lenovo and HP. Both of which were not compatible with win 11, so Microsoft forced me to buy a new computer. I know I didn't really have to, but it was time to upgrade anyway. I was using the best of the 2 laptops as a desktop anyway. (Using external monitor, keyboards and mouse) So I went for this Kamrui Mini Computer. Very impressed after about 2 weeks so far. Everything worked right out of the box. I was having difficulty getting my cell phone to connect to Microsoft Phone Link. (Android app is called Link to Windows). I emailed their tech support and was very impressed with the customer service. All communication was through WhatsApp. They are in China so 12 hrs ahead of us. That was the only inconvenience. But they were able to help get all the settings set up and everything is great now. It has a total of 6 USB-A ports and 1 USB-C port (That will support a monitor), 1 HDMI port and 1 DP port, so can support up to three monitors. WiFi 6 and Bluetooth. It even looks great sitting on my desk! I thought about mounting under the desk, but it is so small I didnt need to! I would highly recommend!

Bought this specifically for my kids to play Steam games on, and it's been great! They're little, so no AAA games for them, but for older games and simpler games, such as Minecraft, the Lego games, Disney games, Bluey, and even Hot Wheels (not on the highest quality), it plays them all perfectly. No overheating, not even the fan going crazy. It's excellent for their first PC!

Good PC just not what I was looking for. Slower than I expected and not that great for gaming my son couldn't play Fortnite which is the only reason we got it. Other than that it ran well and would be a great PC for someone looking for just an every day computer. Just nothing that needs a good graphics card. Set up was easy.
