These have been working for me. I tried the bone conduction but they were all too big for my head, then I tried the over the ear ones and the part that goes behind your ear was too fat. So these are working, the part that goes behind your ear is thin so for small head with small ears they are great!!. Haven't tried them in a "crowded place", like a restaurant, but I am happy to have them. They have 5 ranges of volume that work by just a tap, and they charge in their case, so all is FINALLY good!!! Oh yes, there is no bluetooth connectivity, but that's OK, they are comfortable even with fibromyalgia, tho only for 4 hours or so

i just got these yesterday, but so far seems like a good buy. i'm just hoping they last longer than the other 5 i have tried and break down after only a short time. either they fail to charge anymore, or outright stop working, i have yet for a pair to last more than 6 months. they say 'noise cancelation' feature, and yet i see no evidence they provide anything in that category at all. the documentation with it mentions it not even ONCE! although the ad on amazon DOES... the actual product when arrived says nothing of the sort. i'm still hoping they work long enough to make a better assessment . until then, thanks! kevin

I am a really big fan of these Hearing Aids for Seniors & Adults, Rechargeable Hearing Aids with Charging Case! They are quite small, which makes them much less visible, they are easy to place inside the ear and remove, they are quite comfortable and do a terrific job of amplifying sound! They also hold a charge for a very long time! I highly recommend them!

I bought these for my elderly mom. They’re hard to adjust. If you just touch the side the volume will change. Never could tell if they were working or not .

watching tv and for conversation.. the right ear bud stopped working after it began an uninterrupted beeping. unable to adjust for even a partial cessation of constant beeping, then, the beeping stopped but sio did funcion of the right ear bud.. while the bud was working, the sound was good in both ears..

I'm very pleased with these hearing aids. The pocket-sized storage/charging case is travel-friendly and includes a thorough user guide. Unlike other hearing aids that have caused discomfort and annoying feedback noise, these fit comfortably, with easily adjustable volume levels controlled by a quick tap. They're ready to use out of the box after a quick recharge. Each aid is clearly labeled L and R and operates independently. Feedback is minimal. The package includes extra ear tips (S & L), a cleaning brush, and a USB-charging cable.

My father is hard of hearing. He has real hearing aids but he doesn't like wearing them because he says they make him look old. I have tried quite a few of these hearing amplifiers because he likes the modern look. None of these compare to his real hearing aids. He tried some of the different hearing aid buds, but they fell out of his ears, and he lost them often. I decided to get these because they wrapped around his ears and won't fall out as easily. This set of hearing amplifiers seems to work much like the other OTC hearing amplifiers found online. My father said he likes the look of these and the wrap around design. He said they are comfortable to wear and not as easy to lose. He likes using these to make phone calls on his cellphone. He said they help with phone calls a lot. He likes using these to listen to music or watch videos also. He is very happy with the bluetooth function. As far as the hearing aid function, this does help him hear, but still not as well as his prescribed hearing aids. He said they help him hear the TV and one on one conversations. He also said he doesn't have to sit really close to the TV like he did with the last pair of amplifiers. He said they don't work great in crowded places where there is a lot of background noise. I have really good hearing and feel like these distort my hearing, but he says they help him. This is his favorite pair so far. He uses these all the time. He likes having the nice little charging / storage case. They are not perfect but better than other cheap amplifiers I've got online. The last pair we tried we gave a 2 star rating. He said this pair is much better and deserves 4 stars. I forgot to get a picture. I will try to update this with a pic the next time I visit him.

I get a lot of static and other noises that make it hard to hear the amplification of those talking to me. I have stopped using them.
