The ceramic pans themselves are excellent — light, heat up very fast, and easy to clean. Really enjoyed cooking with them. The problem is the detachable handle. Within 6 weeks, the sliding button screw and locating point wore out. Once that happens, the handle can’t be secured properly, and the springs/internals come loose. It’s a design flaw, not normal wear and tear, and makes the whole set unsafe to use. It’s a shame, because the cookware is great, but the handle ruins it. Be aware that you may end up with unusable pans unless you buy alternative handles.

Years and years ago, I got a “name brand” set of pots and pans very similar to there, except those had a nonstick coating…. and the nonstick coating flaked off, and those removable handles didn’t hold up. I figured I would try this set, and, right from the start, I can see these handles are more robust, better…. and I am liking this coating, clean up is a breeze, good heat conductivity, I made bacon and eggs, first meal, that is a telling combination, no burning, no scorching, wiped clean, eggs with a nice golden touch, no sticking with a touch of butter. I’m pretty pleased.

This is an awesome product and not only for the price but for overall value. I’ve had it for a little while now and I use it daily. I’ve had no issues with this pot and pan set. OK I take that back. The only issue I really have is the handle. You have one portion that you use to grip the pan and then you have a release button on top. If there was a little bit of a different design there so you could work the release without having to hold it strangely it would be a lot better. Hubs bought us a DESTINATION RV...which apparently means that it doesn't travel around to different places. Its supposed stay in place. Perfect. I needed a set of cookware for a tiny kitchen with Tiny cupboards. These are perfect! The preparation to use the pots and pans is truly important, I don't think they would be as non sticky as they are without the preparation. It is tedious, BUT NECESSARY. I barely have to use Pam to be non sticky. The handles are freaking genius!!!!!! How is that I just found out about these! BE AWARE...on gas ranges the metal on the bottom of the handle WILL GET RIDICULOUSLY HOT! I have never had gas for a stove before and I'm freaking out all the time. That is another story for another day. As for these, I wish I could afford to get another set to replace the cookware that Hubs bought me about 5 years ago. Actually, since I would rather be in the RV than home, I don't need to worry about it!! hahahahahahaha!!
