Its okay. The chain is a really small chain, so there is no way to sharpen--which means once dull, the chain needs replaced. The battery charger is really cheep. If you use it, keep an eye on it to keep from over-heating. The manual print is really tiny and not very detailed. There is no place for chain oil, so just apply a few drops every few minutes or every cut. Not practical for big jobs. Fine for a little trimming. I was hoping to use it for bigger jobs since I have lots of downed trees that need cleaned up for firewood. The extender worked good for clearing around the powerlines to my house. Be careful, it is top-heavy when fully extended. Get some good safety glasses (provided ones are not good) so debris from overhead won't blind you when the wind shifts. The extender rods are flimsy, especially fully extended. Be sure no one is standing nearby when cutting: Sometimes its hard to tell when the branch is coming down along with the saw. Pretty handy for small solid branches.

Junk...all it does with pole extended is click...click...click and also chain does not stay tight, loosens easily. When it does cut with pole extended it stops constantly and you have to wait for it to start up again. Last it does not have an oiler, have to keep putting oil on chain manually. Look somewhere else want one to do work for you.

The saw works great my only issue is I only received one chain saw blade.
