Installation was easy enough. I got some 2x4's, spray painted them white to match the house's trim and mounted the cameras to the 2x4's, then I could mount the 2x4's with the cameras anywhere I wanted without worrying about the solar panels being obstructed. Picked 4 areas free of foliage at the front door, back door, driveway, and the rear corner of the house next to their bedroom. There's no issues keeping them charged. They've worked great with no problems since installed. I shared the password with my siblings so all 4 of us downloaded the app and we can keep an eye on the exterior of their house. My mom has used the two way communication feature for unexpected arrivals and the motion sensor flood light with movement tracking is effective. She said she feels a lot safer. Video quality is sharp. They responded to me right away and sent me the necessary part. I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled my request. Their customer service is excellent, responsive, and truly cares about their customers.Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the customer service.
