Better than the Mini 5 Pro, at the cost of weight and size.
This drone is a beast compared to the Mini Pro's. I own a Mini 3 Pro and Mini 5 Pro. The M3P is pretty quiet, I can hardly hear it at 400feet up. The M5P I can hear it. The Air 3S is only slightly louder than the M5P. However the Air 3s is MUCH faster, much smoother and the camera quality is noticeably better. The zoom camera on the Air3S is much more useful than I originally thought, I can be further away from the subject without having to worry about hitting something or being noticed. The video quality is even better, but what I noticed is when I download 4k video to my phone or PC, it seems like it's already compressed. 1 minute of 4k@30p video on the M3P is 1Gig, where the Air 3s 4k@30p is 100megs per minute. Much smaller and no need to run through Handbrake to compress. The range is really good on this and it seems to find satellites pretty quickly compared to the Mini's. Battery life is really good too, better than the Mini's with extended batteries. I notice the Air 3s doesn't drain as fast when shooting video. I'm on the fence of keeping this drone considering it's a little large/heavy to hike with. But it is a noticeable step up from the Mini 5 Pro.

The best drone most people never heard about. It should be priced at $3000 with all the technology.

An expensive mistake.
Bought this as a recommended, since 2 weeks ago my 1st one clipped a branch, while I was trying the follow me flight. So I have that 2 for parts, and sync new with my RC2 remote. But love the drone, but still learning some other flight modes.

Great drone and easy to fly
This has been an awesome drone. Flys great and it’s much more quiet than the smaller drones. The camera is amazing. Handles windy days really well. It won’t hit the top speed unless there’s a tail wind but it’s still really fast when you want it to be. Flew it three miles away using the rc2 controller recently and still had a perfect connection it’s mind blowing to think something could go that far and still have perfect video and controls with no lag whatsoever.

Wish that USA could compete
I absolutely 100% wish the United States entrepreneurs could produce a drone for recreational purposes that could compete with DJI. That being said, this air3s is so much fun. It is absolutely amazing. If America ever produced something competitive I would immediately buy that. But the reality is China's DJI drones are the absolute top and it's not even close. I just don't have the money to overpay for a drone that doesn't work.

Mini 5 pro what? Cheaper faster better in every way
I was Planning on getting the mini pro 5 but looks like your gonna have to smuggle it in and the prices were unreasonable and unrealistic, so why not the air3s it’s build quality design camera two one with zoom better in every way, better flight stability and flight time, built in fan so it doesn’t overheat which almost no YouTubers gonna tell you cause like 99 percent of them are shills, that built internal fan to the drone will matter a lot when your trying to update firmware or download your data directly from the drone, better return to home it’s got crazy good like preprogrammed flight path such a smart awesome feature, the only downside is it’s not under 250grams but who cares just register it with faa no big deal pay 5$ for 3 years, unless you travel a ton for work and absolutely need the smallest lightest drone and some countries don’t give you crap for drones under 250 then you rather get the air3s better in every way and cheaper to boot better faster flyer too!

Stability and accuracy
Excellent. So easy to use. Camera and video results 8 out of 10. Very stable flight, excellent return to home, very good drone battery life. Impressive return to home landing site - spot on to less than .25 of a metre. Im impressed.
