What I expected: Good Formulation: The tablet includes a wide range of vitamins (A, B-complex, C, D, E) and minerals like Zinc, Iron, and Magnesium, along with herbal ingredients like Ashwagandha, Ginseng, and others. Targeted for Modern Needs: The formulation is geared toward stress support, immunity boosting, and energy enhancement, which is a good match for today's hectic lifestyle. Cons (What I got): Severe Stomach Discomfort: Each time I take this tablet, it causes noticeable stomach pain, irrespective of whether I take it after a full meal, with milk, or at different times of the day. I’ve even tried breaking the tablet or taking it with ample water, but the result remains the same: persistent abdominal discomfort that starts within an hour and can last several hours. Digestive Sensitivity: It appears the formulation might be too harsh on the stomach lining, possibly due to: High concentration of Iron or Zinc, both of which can cause gastric irritation in some people. Presence of certain herbs or additives that may not be well-tolerated by everyone. Tablet coating or fillers might be contributing to irritation (uncoated or hard tablets can sometimes cause discomfort if they dissolve slowly or stick to the stomach lining). No Warning or Guidance for Sensitive Users: The packaging does not carry any specific caution about potential stomach issues, nor does it advise users with a sensitive digestive system to consult a physician first. Final Verdict: While Dabur Siens Multivitamin seems to be a well-intentioned and well-formulated supplement on paper, it did not suit my body at all, leading to consistent stomach pain and discomfort. I’ve tried taking it in every recommended way, but the results were the same. This has led me to discontinue use.
