Let the good times roll! Review: Well made product - Very comfortable. Supportive enough for most exercises and activities. Nice product. Review: Post inguinal hernia surgery support - Bought this for post hernia surgery support. The whole package is subject to swelling. I'm only one week out and the swelling is still pretty bad. Apparently it can go on for weeks. This did help contain the swelling. I've worn it with and without underwear and it's comfortable and lightweight. It was a very difficult getting all of my genitals in the pouch when swollen but putting it on first thing in the morning went a lot better. Wasn't sure which size to get for obvious reasons but this one worked out ok. I got the "B" size pouch and XL waist band. ## Features - LIFT Jock Design: The Real Men LIFT Jock pouch is unrestricted by straps which allow the men's pouch thong to lift and separate your package from your legs—reducing uncomfortable rubbing, chafing, and sweating. - IT STAYS ON WITHOUT STRAPS! Traditional mens jockstrap underwear, smash a man's package into his body and call that SUPPORT! Ideal pouch underwear for CYCLING / HIKING / CASUAL / GYM / FITNESS. - MORE CONFIDENCE: Much like lingerie, knowing you're wearing something overtly sexy underneath your nine-to-five attire can do wonders for your confidence – and there's nothing more stylish than these pouch underwear. - All Day Wear: The silky touch serves up next-level underwear indulgence. In addition, the fabric pouch is incredibly flattering on your bulge. So ditch the uncomfortable G-Strings or Men's Thongs and upgrade to the pouch underwear. - Stylish Design: While soft and comfortable in a stretchy fabric, these pouch underwear enhance your natural assets. Supportive enough for most exercises and activities. Nice product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Post inguinal hernia surgery support *by A***O on December 27, 2025* Bought this for post hernia surgery support. Also all reviews have said hard to figure out how to fit and to stay in place. For me. Normally I like to start with my stick in the up right stance but with these I had to have it facing down to get them to fit. With it facing down. The berry fit in and it did seem like the pouch worked but for me was just a little small. I use a B pouch and if I was to buy another I'd get a C pouch. Think ill stick to the G string. And other briefs that realmen have they fit me better. We are all different find what you like and stick to it ## Frequently Bought Together - Real Men LIFT Pouch Jock Strap 1 or 3 Pack- Vasectomy Support Underwear - Athletic Supporter - Real Men Ares-Accent Low-Rise Pouch Bikini Brief – 1, 3, 6 Pack with Size ABCD Pouch XS - 5XL - Real Men Athletic Underwear with Support Pouch - 1, 3 or 4 Pack 6, 7 and 9in Nylon Briefs - ABCD Pouch - XS-5XL --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/681314123-real-men-lift-pouch-strapless-jocks-athletic-supporter-abcd-custom](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/681314123-real-men-lift-pouch-strapless-jocks-athletic-supporter-abcd-custom) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
