My wife has been using Refresh Optive Advanced Lubricant Eye Drops to alleviate her dry eye symptoms. I had eye surgery last year with complications. When my eye, cornea and retina were declared officially healed (after a year) I needed a laser procedure to remove scar tissue. All went well and I can read newspapers and everything (!!!) without glasses. However, one gift that kept on giving was dry eye. The Refresh Celluvic did not help; the Refresh Plus was no help either. I was living on eye drops and was frustrated. I researched Amazon website for a Refresh preservative free product that would remedy dry eye. I found two products: Refresh Optive and Refresh Optive Advanced. The Optive is very good as a fill in - however - the Optive Advance is my salvation. I need a tube to start my morning and a booster mid morning (computer use and reading can cause dry eye too). I am thrilled beyond words on how wonderful the Optive Advanced is. It literally saved my sanity. My ophthalmologist does NOT want anyone to use products unless they are preservative free. These two fit all requirements. There are no words to express my joy... I highly recommend both products.

These are wonderful. Very refreshing, especially with irritated eyes. Stops the sting almost instantly. There’s enough for 3-4 drops per eye too. Tiny enough to keep in a purse or wallet.

These drops are a lifesaver for kids with sensitive eyes. They provide a perfect moisture cushion for Ortho-K lenses, making application smooth and sting-free. Being preservative-free makes them a stress-free part of our nightly routine.

I use Refresh Advanced Lubricant Eye Drops to flush out my eyes if I get something in my eye and for my dry eyes because I stare at a computer monitor for most of the day. These drops are okay. If my eyes are dry, they feel dry even after I use these drops. I just have to use more of them for that particular day. I do not think there are any better options for dry eyes. For red eyes, this does not eliminate redness You’ll have to buy “Lumify” eye drops if you want to get rid of red eyes caused by issues such as eye makeup. It is nice that you can twist off the cap for these drops and put the cap back on. When I went in for LASIK surgery, the eye doctor said it is okay to put the back on and to use the rest of the eye drops at a later time. This is very expensive to me. But these Refresh drops were always pricey compared to Visine (I don’t know why, maybe because this is preservative free?). I have come to accept that eye drops are expensive but the only thing that will work to help relieve (but not eliminate) dry eye symptoms. RECOMMENDATION: BUY if you have dry eyes and apply this regularly like once every 3 hours, not just when your eyes feel like the Las Vegas desert. Your eyes will feel a bit better.

I've tried many drops and ointments over the years. These are the best OTC drops for me. The only thing better is my homemade Manuka honey drops. These leave my eyes feeling moisturized for a decent amount of time. I use them at bedtime, too, and no longer wake up with crusty eyelashes.

I occasionally have dry eyes, so I wanted some eye drops. Usually I get a small bottle, which is OK, except that once I've opened it, the drops tend to go bad after a while. It wouldn't matter if I used the drops every day, but I don't. Maybe once a week. So the usual bottles go bad before I'm even halfway through them. These single-use vials are a great solution. I only use one at a time. The rest remain sealed, so they don't go bad. There is enough liquid in the vials to thoroughly lubricate both eyes. I'm glad I found these.
