This product description claims that this attachment works with KSM120.. I tuned my mixer in such a way that original Wire Whip attachment doesn't hit the bowl, and once I got this attachment installed, it started hitting the bowl every rotation. I tried to adjust my mixer so that this attachment doesn't hit the bowl, and then put Wire Whip back on - and I got clearance of half an inch under that attachment. I could easily put my hand under it. Which makes me believe that this attachment doesn't work with KSM120 mixer. Well, you can technically install it, but then you either need to adjust you mixer each time you change attachment or just dedicate your mixer to this single attachment - this is not how it suppose to work. Other than that, attachment seems pretty durable, and I haven't seen any paint chipping from all those times it was hitting the bowl in my mixer - so it is pretty steardy, just need to make sure that it fits your mixer well.

I bought this to replace the one that was not returned to me after a house. Fire works beautifully. My bread is wonderful.
