I’m very happy with this Colgate battery-powered toothbrush. It does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and feels much more effective than a regular manual toothbrush. The bristles are soft and gentle on the gums, which I really appreciate.The built-in 2-minute timer is very helpful and keeps me brushing for the recommended time. I also like that it comes with batteries included, so it’s ready to use right out of the box. The regular and sensitive modes work well and make brushing comfortable.For the price, this is a great value. Reliable brand, good quality, and noticeable improvement in my oral hygiene. Product is a bit larger in diameter than other electric toothbrushes, good for large hands. Rounded product shape will roll off sink counter. It should have bumps or flats to prevent that. Brushing is OK.

This has been an exciting purchase for me but more to my grandkids. They like how it works! I'm happy to know my toothbrushes are sanitized! Very happy with purchase.

I have quite a few issues with this toothbrush. 1) the top keeps snapping off, 2) the bristles don’t spin it only vibrates & bristles are too soft that I’m not getting the brush-clean feeling and still left with food debris stuck in my teeth after “brushing.” It feels like I’m just wiping my teeth & gums with cloth like how babies teeth are cleaned. 3) I obviously didn’t like it I was just going to throw it out but I wanted to see if I can get a refund. So I did the return option and received a prepaid return label to ship it back which I find it gross that Colgate doesn’t just let u keep the product to throw away, like why ship back a used toothbrush it’s so unsanitary! This makes me wonder if this one I’m returning was a used toothbrush to begin with. I did see a yellow food debris on it but it makes me wonder if that was from me or if it was already on there when I bought it! Now that I’m thinking about it, when I ordered this toothbrush it only came in the Colgate box with no plastic wrapped around the toothbrush so who knows if that actually new or used and it irks me to even think about it! YUCK!!!
