This product is amazing! The taste is absolutely mouthwatering and delectable. It dissolves in my water effortlessly with no clumps at all. Best Electrolyte for POTS — Better Than LMNT!
I have POTS, and staying salty is essential for my daily functioning. I’ve tried LMNT and several other electrolyte brands, but Redmond Re-Lyte is the only one I actually feel better on. It gives me the sodium I need without all the added sugar, sweeteners, or the excessive potassium that many mixes include. For people with POTS, too much potassium can actually make symptoms worse or throw off our electrolyte balance, this keeps things simple and clean. The taste is smooth, it dissolves well, and it genuinely helps reduce my dizziness and fatigue. No crashes, no weird aftertaste, no junk ingredients, just the right balance.
