Bon goût de beurre ds mes pâtisseries keto, des fois je le mélange avec un peu d'huile de coco pour que ce soit encore plus gourmand. Je l'utilise aussi pour cuire ma viande par exemple... c'est le premier beurre clarifié que j'utilise donc je ne peux pas comparer mais en tout cas RAS

Ho recentemente acquistato questo ghee e devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Il prodotto si presenta in un barattolo da 500 gr ben sigillato, con un aspetto dorato e una consistenza cremosa tipica del burro chiarificato di qualità. Pro: Sapore ricco e intenso, perfetto per esaltare i piatti Ottimo per cucinare ad alte temperature senza bruciare Privo di lattosio, ideale per chi è intollerante Lunga conservazione anche fuori dal frigorifero Versatile: ottimo per cucinare, condire e persino nel caffè Contro: Il prezzo è un po' più alto rispetto al burro normale, ma la qualità lo giustifica L'odore potrebbe risultare forte per chi non è abituato al ghee Ho utilizzato questo ghee per varie preparazioni, dalla cottura di verdure saltate alla preparazione di dolci, e il risultato è sempre stato eccellente. Apprezzo particolarmente il fatto che sia un prodotto puro, senza additivi. Per chi segue diete specifiche come paleo o keto, questo ghee è un'ottima scelta. Inoltre, essendo un grasso saturo stabile, è ideale per la cottura ad alte temperature.
