Our previous incubator was VERY old and kind of crappy. So we purchased this one and I was amazed at how well made this incubator was, and how they really thought out the features. So nice to be able to fill the humidifier water without taking off the lid. Being able to easily read the digital display is a real game changer. You know instantly that your temperature and humidity is spot on. The egg turner is a nice feature also. I still have not figured out the egg candling feature, but that is my operator error, and I will go watch some more YouTube videos on that. Definitely a good buy and I would recommend. They say you can use it for duck/turkey/etc... eggs, but we have only used it for chicken eggs.

My 4 year old loves the movie Migration and had been asking me for weeks if she could have an egg out of the fridge to sit on because she really, really, really wanted to hatch one. I told her the best way I could that it just doesn't work that way and she cannot hatch the groceries - fast forward to our visit to grandmas (who has land and chickens), naturally we came home with 3 possibly fertilized chicken eggs! So what was a girl to do other than jump on Amazon and find an inexpensive incubator that can arrive fast!? This was the lucky winner and it did not disappoint! I had never in my life tried to hatch eggs, let alone under so much pressure, lol. This was easy to assemble. The brand/seller provided a video that was super helpful in making sure I assembled correctly. The temp and humidity buttons are easy to use if you need to adjust settings. It was small enough to sit on my counter in our small kitchen. It was quiet. I'd forget it was there sometimes. I filled the water jug all the way up when I set it up and I had to turn around and fill it all the way up once more that same night. After that I think I maybe had to fill it 4 more times throughout the 21 days. The eggs rotated nicely. I left the machine on the preset settings which was 100*F and 60% humidity. I used the light feature to candle the eggs a few times to see if they were indeed fertile. I was able to see veins in 2 of the 3 eggs using that feature so it did the job. My 3rd egg just wasn't fertilized so it wasn't the incubators fault that one didn't hatch. On day 19 I removed the orange rotation device and bumped the humidity to 65% (because my research suggested doing so) and magically on day 21 I noticed the cracks and had 2 healthy baby chicks!! Before seeing those cracks I honestly wasn't sure if there were live chickens in there or not! After they hatched they were dry and fluffy within 12 hours so I moved them to a brooder box. All in all, I'd say this is a nice little starter incubator!

This product worked great! I didn't need to do anything but monitor the temperature and humidity. It maintained both well but when I removed the turning tray and increased the humidity I found that it was best to leave a damp cloth under the eggs to maintain higher humidity. This way I didn't need to open the cover as much to mist the eggs once they started hatching. I purchased this for quail eggs and was a little worried about them having so much space to turn but this didn't seem to be a problem. I had an 87% hatch rate starting with 16 eggs for my first time.

This has been the worst incubator I have ever owned. It cooked 2 dozen turkey eggs by randomly running hot. I thought I had it regulated with another external thermometer that I calibrated to my good incubator, and lo and behold. I put a dozen hatching eggs that i PURCHASED, and it started cooking this batch after I set it to the temp with my external thermometer and it held for 24 hours then randomly starts jumping in temperature. Do not buy this incubator!

I've had several incubators over the years and for a below $200 incubator, this one is great.Pros. The instructions were very clear on how to set your temps and humidity, general operation, and set up of the incubator. I ran it for 3 days without eggs and it stayed within .3 degrees and 1% humidity of what i set it at. You can't really ask for better results. I currently have it filled with 22 eggs and the temp and humidity are holding steady at the set temp and percentage. Can easily be put in any room and it doesn't take up much space and runs very quietly. It has been in my bedroom since I turned it on and it hasn't bothered my very light sleeping wife at all.Con. When the eggs rotate, they get pushed to the outside up against the wall and some eggs will get turned at an upward angle. I appreciate the humidity alarm but there is also no way to fully disable it without getting into the wiring. If water isn't kept up with, you may hear loud beeping in the middle of the night.Would totally recommend this incubator to new egg starters and seasoned alike. Would 100% buy again.

Worked just as it said. I’ve hatched one set of eggs so far with another about to hatch. Easy to control temperature and humidity! It was also super easy to clean. I’m a beginner and have not ever done this before and my first experiences so far has been wonderful.

This incubator works great! I use it in my second grade classroom. It’s quiet and does not disrupt the kids. It fits nicely on a desk in the corner of the classroom. We had a successful hatch rate with our chicks. There was no smell. It is light weight, students were easily able to move it and set it up. It looks great and provides ample viewing for the students. The temperature and humid hold well. No problems what’s so ever!

the incubator worked great the first time I used it, but the second round the humidity levels got all wrong. I would manually adjust the number back to 60% per the instructions and by the next day it would be automatically reset to a different random number (so far ranging between 52% and 79%). Irritating and I am concerned it may mess with the viability of the chicks.
