The perfect balance between support and cushioned comfort, the Sof Sole Fit Series Neutral Arch Insole fit a broad range of neutral feet. This insole uses tuned, high rebound EVA foam to work in conjunction with your foot type. Review: Helped with plantar fasciitis - These insoles have really helped my plantar fasciitis. I noticed a difference the first day I started wearing them! Review: NOT FOR ME! - Background - bought these because I supinate when I run and have high arches. All the reviews I read for insoles that help with supination didn't seem appealing. I wasn't looking for a long term fix, per se, but have been having some shin pain and outter side of foot discomfort when running. I wanted to try insoles to see if there was something in my shoe that was lacking. Keep in mind, I am also a sock nerd. Therefore, I know good socks can also make a difference as well. I would put that I hate the product, but I think its fairer to say that these just aren't for me. Granted, I decided not to try them out on a short, 3 mile run, and went big, out on an 8-miler. I don't think it made a difference though. After three miles, I had enough! Thank goodness I was wearing a hydration belt with storage. I whipped the inserts right outta my shoes, on the trail, shoved them in my pack, and kept on going. The one good thing that came out of all this is that I think running with no insoles in my shoes at all is best for me. The insoles are VERY hard underneath. No cushion. None. It was like having my feet in dress shoes. When I took my shoe insoles out (the manufacturer's ones - I wear Brookes Ghost, 9.5, womens), to put the Sof Sole inserts in, the insoles matched up perfectly. Awesome, right? Not so much. I knew from my first few steps out of the house I was going to have problems. Add to all this that these insoles add at least an 1 of height to the inside of your shoe. I felt like I was practically falling out of my shoes. The short of it is that there are good reviews and bad reviews on this product. I'm part of the bad reviews. If you're looking for something that, literally, stabilizes your foot to the point of no movement, 100% conforming to your arch, with no give, and need to add height to the inside of your shoe, go for it. Otherwise, do what I did - take the manufacturer's soles out and run like that. Maybe that's been the problem all along. Cheap fix for me. LOL!

Super Insoles - Really!
Awesome! I have a small stress fracture in my foot, and these are the bomb! My podiatrist liked them so much - she didn’t know this particular brand - that she’s now recommending them to patients with similar injuries or needing stabilization.

Great Arch supports and they are very durable.
Extremely stiff support and arch from heel to just short of the ball of my foot - way better that the $300 inserts I had made from my podiatrist. I had originally froud this item only at the Joyful Honda Store in Narita Japan - those "Sof Soles" are still in my shoes after 4 years. Glad I found them here - at this price I bought enough to have a set in every pair of shoes I own and a few spares!

Better
I was hopeful that I’d get as much arch support as advertised but I am still finding myself wishing for more. To be fair though They do better than most other over the counter insoles I’ve purchased. I think if they had a deeper heel cup and a little metatarsal lift they’d be a lot better but at this price point they’re pretty decent.
