Bases are nice and heavy Review: Wow what a stand - Wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this stand for my photo backdrops. I love it. Mine is set up for 8ft High x 6.5ft Wide (maximum is 10ftx10ft, minimum is 6ftx6ft). I put my permanent photo backdrop (Kate's from desertcart 6x9 with pole pocket) on the back horizontal pole and my streaming backdrop (also Kate's) on the front horizontal pole. I just lift off the front pole and backdrop when I want to use the back one. You could also just slide it to the side like a curtain if you wanted to. The flat foot plates are what sold me - no tripod likes to deal with. Even though they are somewhat weighted I still added weights to the plates for more stability because mine is set up on padded carpet and not a hard floor. The horizontal poles have hooks on the end and drop into slots on the braces that slip into the vertical poles. The horizontal poles have locking push pins for the various lengths. The vertical uprights are sturdy and easily adjusted up and down. The price might scare you away from buying this - but no regrets once I got it and set it up. Review - HECIS 10x10ft Double Crossbar Pipe and Drape Stand Kit. Great seller - ships quickly and in two separate boxes - one for base plates (heavy) and one for rest of the stand (long 6ft). Would definitely buy again now that I have seen it, set it up and am using it. ## Features - Heavy duty metal base plate: The thickened and widened heavy flat metal base plate is made of high-quality steel (each weighs 11.46 lbs, each base plate size is 15.75x15.75 in). It is more stable than a tripod and has a large contact area with the ground to ensure sufficient stability, preventing tipping - Sturdy pipe and drape stand: Made of high-quality aluminum alloy (upright pipe diameter size: Φ2" & Φ1.8", crossbar pipe diameter size: Φ1.5" & Φ1.34", maximum load capacity supports 60 lbs, uniformly distributed on the crossbar). The Hecis thickened pipe and drape stand kit has a thicker pipe diameter and greater wall thickness compared to many other stands - Adjustable backdrop stands: The height and width of the 10x10 backdrop stand (6 feet - 10 feet) can be adjusted freely within this range. The quick height adjustment features a safe locking mechanism. Just lift the inner rod to the desired height, and it will automatically lock. It features four slots every 90° at the top for versatile draping and decoration options - Packaging list: 10x10 Double Crossbar backdrop stand includes 2 upright, 2 crossbar, 2 base plate, 2 hanger, 2 pin & screws, 1 hex wrench and 1 installation manual. Assembly is very easy. According to the installation manual or video instructions, it can be easily assembled within minutes - Widely applicable: This Heavy Duty backdrop stand kit can be used to hang curtains, balloons, string lights, flower walls, grass walls, glittering background decor, etc. It is suitable for wedding, birthday party, exhibition, baby shower party, photography, studio, banner background, business event or family gathering ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BJPC2K4D | | Base Type | Pedestal | | Brand | Hecis | | Brand Name | Hecis | | Colour | Silver | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 252 Reviews | | Finish Type | Painted | | Finish type | Painted | | Included Components | Backdrop Components | | Is Assembly Required? | Yes | | Item Dimensions | 25.4 x 25.4 x 305 centimetres | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Item Type Name | Backdrop Frame | | Item Weight | 45.2 Pounds | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 25.4 x 25.4 x 305 centimetres | | Item weight | 45.2 Pounds | | Load Capacity | 27.22 kg | | Manufacturer | Hecis Event | | Material | Aluminum Metal | | Model Number | HE-BF-001 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Levels | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | wedding decoration | | Special Features | Heavy-duty metal base plate and reinforced aluminum alloy construction | | UPC | 797442729667 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Hecis - **Colour:** Silver - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 25.4 x 25.4 x 305 centimetres - **Item weight:** 45.2 Pounds - **Material:** Aluminum Metal ## Images ![Hecis Double Backdrop Stand Heavy Duty,10x10ft Double Crossbar Pipe and Drape Stand, Adjustable Aluminium Flower Wall Backdrop, Back Drop Stand for Party Event, Trade Shows & Wedding Decor - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/515LBrZNuxL.jpg) ![Hecis Double Backdrop Stand Heavy Duty,10x10ft Double Crossbar Pipe and Drape Stand, Adjustable Aluminium Flower Wall Backdrop, Back Drop Stand for Party Event, Trade Shows & Wedding Decor - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/615NmjvpsiL.jpg) ![Hecis Double Backdrop Stand Heavy Duty,10x10ft Double Crossbar Pipe and Drape Stand, Adjustable Aluminium Flower Wall Backdrop, Back Drop Stand for Party Event, Trade Shows & Wedding Decor - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61AxxECh1vL.jpg) ![Hecis Double Backdrop Stand Heavy Duty,10x10ft Double Crossbar Pipe and Drape Stand, Adjustable Aluminium Flower Wall Backdrop, Back Drop Stand for Party Event, Trade Shows & Wedding Decor - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/615mYl6HBbL.jpg) ![Hecis Double Backdrop Stand Heavy Duty,10x10ft Double Crossbar Pipe and Drape Stand, Adjustable Aluminium Flower Wall Backdrop, Back Drop Stand for Party Event, Trade Shows & Wedding Decor - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61V8c3WpsjL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can both horizontal bars support 30kg?** A: No problem. **Q: Will this rust?** A: I don’t think so, but I wouldn’t recommend prolonged exposure to moisture!
