Good resistance breather trainer. I would only use for static breathing exercise. Not biking or other stuff. Alternate with other basic breathing techniques like box breathing. Uniy starts at about 50% reduced breath I/O. Go slow using it.

This is bogus. Bot this after seeing all the great things it could do on Facebook. Don’t waste your money. Total scam. Does not do what it supposed to do.

It isn't the product that is advertised but clearly a knock off meaning the quality just isn't there and the ease of use is questionable as it has the rotating dial, however, does it actually work given the fact it isn't as per the advertised product so wouldn't expect it to live up to what is described in the listing

If you want what is on the image, don't buy this. If you want an overpriced, knock off chinese branded copy of what is on the image, with different packaging, go for it!
