Great to straighten spine when I sleep
I use this because my bed is a remote bed that sits up but has now a dip in it and hurts my back. I place this under ribs and above hips and it straightens my back when I sleep on my stomach or side.

Good pillow
Only problem with this is you can only wipe it down to get it clean. Other than that- so amazing!! The gel stays cool, so it's nice on my back. Good support.

Not super comfortable
This is a good item in theory but for me, it’s still a little high. When I lay on it, it begins to hurt after a bit, like my back is arched too much. I’ve tried adjusting it higher or lower along my spine, but it’s just too uncomfortable. Especially with the cooling pad, which makes it sit about half an inch to an inch higher. It’s better if I’m on my side and use it but on my back just hurts.

Love!! Absolutely helped me sleep on my side and stomach and alleviate back pain morning routine. Bought for several family members & they carry from couch to bed to work chair & even airplane. I'm buying a second to have in multiple places. Highly recommended!!
