Love this scale. I’m not super sure what all the readings are that it gives me but there are plenty (I am learning!) Accurate readings for weight - and using their app was simple. It pairs with the WW App nicely.

This RENPHO smart scale is accurate, easy to set up, and has a sleek design. The app connects quickly via Bluetooth and tracks weight, body fat, BMI, and other health metrics. Measurements are consistent, and the app makes it easy to follow progress over time. Great value for the price — highly recommended.

I bought this RENPHO scale because I wanted more than just a number on the scale, and it’s been solid so far. Setup was easy — downloaded the app, turned on Bluetooth, and it connected right away. The scale itself shows your weight clearly, and the app fills in the rest with things like body fat %, muscle mass, and trends over time. I weigh myself most mornings and the readings have been consistent day to day, which is really what matters to me. The app is straightforward and makes it easy to see patterns rather than obsessing over single weigh-ins. I also like that it supports multiple profiles, so it works well if more than one person is using it. Worth noting: the extra body composition numbers are estimates, not medical measurements, so I focus more on trends than exact values. For the price, though, it’s a useful tool and does what it’s supposed to do.

Really like the scale and the app. Seamlessly integrates with Apple health although the standalone app from renpho is good for tracking various physical metrics by itself. My only negative comment is that the scale is really small. If I would purchase again I would have bought the slightly larger version. Coming from a withings smart scale, even that larger renpho version would be smaller than the withings. In comparison to withings, well at least the older version, the set up is really easy and very straight forward. I ended up not using the withings app and Apple integration after a few years as after I changed batteries, I had to go through the whole set up process again, had lost my account password and it was just too much of a hassle. Honestly, the online app was very clunky and not very nice. I would guess they would have improved the app since then but some of the reviews suggest not much has changed. The renpho scale, for what it is, is a better machine for one 8th or one 10th the price (after allowing for currency variation) that I paid for withings when it was one of the first iterations. Things have changed since then. For my money, Withings no longer has the technological advantage to justify their massive price premium that it did back then. Can’t speak to the accuracy of individual metrics being measured, except for weight which is correct based on side by side tests with two other scales, including the withings. However, for water weight, fat weight, etc., I would suggest looking at them as being indicators to be tracked and compared over time. Anyway, that is my personal opinion based on a week or so of use. Again, if you have slightly bigger than average men’s feet, you are going to being hanging off the edge a bit.
