**Q: How many touches to turn off**
A: none

**Q: I ordered this lamp and it arrived with no charger. What should I do?**
A: Mine only came with a USB cable. No wall plug adapter. A standard Samsung style mini usb connector cable should suffice to charge it.

**Q: How do i know if this is charging ?**
A: Red light says it's charging and it will go off when charged

**Q: Why won't it turn on while charging? Just received it and put it on charge but its not lighting up when I tap it**
A: I have to press the top for about 4 seconds to turn it on. Tapping is to change colour.
