Do I have to buy separate developer

Yes and I found this one to be the best - Refectocil Oxidant Cream Developer 100ml It’s thicker than others, and therefore easy to add a few drops. It lasts for ages and doesn’t smell bad like some others do. I’m pleased with dye and would say it’s the best

Hello, taken from the refectocil.uk website: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Toluene-2,5-Diamine, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, 2,6-Diaminopyridine, CI 77007.

I use black 1 with the 3 % oxidant crème as instructed but it's always a bit lumpy. tweaked quantities but still the same. any ideas why?

No sorry I don't know why yours is lumpy.. I have never had that problem when mixing mine

Im confused. It says in the description hair dye but then also eyelash and eyebrow dye. Which is it?

It’s for both eyelash and eye brow, but you have to purchase a developer separately and mix them together. I wouldn’t buy the blue/ black, i would recommend the black (which in think is no.1)
