It could be me…Not quite sure but when I use this filter system it fills up in seconds, then pumps wine everywhere. I have more faith in feeding a toddler spaghetti O’s dressed all in white making less mess than using this machine. I thought after 6 months I had let my wine set long enough for most of the large particles to settle out. Maybe you have to wait until the wine looks like it doesn’t need to be filtered for it to be used as they intended. I’m not sure in all of that but what I am absolutely positive about is this system leaks like hell and seems like a waste of money, time, and wine. Be sure to buy a case of paper towels or go to goodwill to get towels to clean up before you begin the process.
