I drink this once a day while using a GLP1 and it really helps me stay hydrated. I love the sugar free options. It smells and tastes great. Mixes easy in a water bottle just by shaking. I like to put mine in the freezer for a while and let it turn in to a slushy.

I've always loved Liquid IV since it came out and I love trying new flavors. Even their Sugar Free ones like these are so good. It is a tad sour but not in a bad way. It's tasty and works. Always extremely Hydrating

The value that you get when purchasing Liquid IV from Amazon versus in stores is so much better! I love Liquid IV for the gym or just when I am feeling very dehydrated, so I am always purchasing these packs. I wanted to branch out and try new flavors, but this one isn't my favorite. I love the idea of being sugar-free, but for some reason, it just didn't work out with this particular flavor. Don't get me wrong, it's not terrible, and I will still drink them, I just prefer other flavors over this one. These, in general, are so easy to use, though, and it's easy to dissolve if you use a little hot water before mixing with cold water! I highly recommend trying them, maybe start with one of the classic flavors like the lemon-lime, tangerine, or pineapple if you're unsure.

This Flavor is very good for sugar free, just the right strength when prepared as directed. You do need to stir it pretty vigourous for it to dissolve, but I will continue to buy this over and over

I read the reviews and was a little leery as I don't like anything overly sweet. I was pleasantly surprised. While it was sweet, I didn't find it overly so. The flavor isn't overpowering and for me, it was just enough. Also, I did not have issues with the powder dissolving. I would put it a 16.9oz water bottle, shake it up and I was good to go. I've used other brands that were either too salty, tasted gross or left unappealing clumps of power in the bottom of my bottle.I am glad I found Liquid IV -Sugar Free! Now I am looking forward to trying out their other flavors.

Been quite a hot summer for me in Alaska. This iv liquid brand is what my sister uses in Arizona. Works very well and keeps the headaches away

Rass/Lem is the only flavor Liquid IV that I personally feel does not taste like drinking the ocean. The sugar free RL is my go to daily hydration, not to sweet not to salty.
