Love the colors
Canvas was easy to iron out wrinkles..paints seem to go on smoothly..guide is easy to read and seePainting is a little bit challenging..which I like.as with most PBNs I gave done, brushes are not the best

Good but best for beginner painting
Great product and a lot of fun but I am definitely noticing that the colors are not right, some of the numbers don’t show up either on the canvas or they’re not even numbered on the instruction paper. Some colors are so bright you have to go over multiple times before they even somewhat cover the numbers. The brushes are extremely low quality and snap in your hand

Almost gave 4 stars
I debated between 3 and 4 stars. Closer to 4. My main issues was that a bunch of the sections did not have a paint number in them. I improvised of course and the painting still came out awesome but that was a little frustrating at times.

The canvas was folded and mailed oin an envelope. Creases will not be able to flatten enough

A note about wrinkles in the canvas. You can and should iron them out with a low heat iron. Flip it over and go from the back. They come right out. Folding them up is pretty much the standard with PBN kits of this price point. Some name brand PBN kits do not do this, but they cost around 50 and up. Folds in the canvas is normal and should be expected at this price point.This canvas doesn't have too many super tiny sections so it would be fine for beginners. I would suggest getting your own brushes. You can get sets of affordable brushes for not much more than the cost of this kit or less. You can complete the kit with the provided brushes, but you may need to make some adjustments like trimming the brush hairs. The paint is good. A few colors do need multiple coats and again, this is normal. Some shades of orange, red, brown, and yellow need multiple coats for full coverage. It's just how pigments work and I've had this same problem with very expensive name brand kits. It isn't a quality issue.This canvas turns out great. I really like the color palette and subject matter. It has dark academia vibes for sure.
