The chair is beautiful and very comfortable. UPDATE: UPDATE: Excitement customer service. They reached out and made it right, wick made me a happy customer. I'm just disappointed that after it was put together, I noticed a huge dent in the fabric making it very loose. It's too much trouble to send it back. I'm sure that this was due to packaging and I wouldn't let my experience deter you from purchasing this beautiful chair. UPDATE: Customer service reached out and made it right. I have tried a handful of office chairs in the $100-200 range and this one is exceptionally good for the price. The ability to tilt back is nice for me as a tall person, the headrest sits in just the right spot, and the lumbar support is perfect for me. I love that the arms can come up and down - I use the same desk setup for studio music recording as well as remote work, and I can easily raise the right arm to make room for a guitar or a bass. I can work a full day and then still sit in the chair for an hour or two of music production after work. You won’t regret it.

I bought the Ergonomic Office Chair and used it over last year. I love it and it has great support on my back for a long-time computer working style. Easy to move and armrest is very comfortable and very well positioned. Great Product.

For the 165 price point, this is a nice chair. I really like the high back. It has a pretty nice range of heights and has an adjustable, up and down, headrest and lumbar support. If there is a way to adjust the lumber support forward or back, I could not find it. The arms tilt back so that they are out of the way when needed or if you don’t want armrests at all. You can set it to have the ability to lean back or stay straight and the tilt of the seat can be adjusted a little. Of course, it spins 360 degrees as all do. The wheels roll smoothly with no drag. One unusual feature of this chair is that it has a built in coat rack on the back. Great place for your coat to be out of the way and not worries of wrinkling. I personally plan to put a throw blanket on mine when the weather gets cooler just so I’m prepared. It was easy to put together. It comes with all of the hardware needed, including the tool and white gloves. It included sufficient instructions to put the chair together, however, it did not include any instructions on its use. It’s fairly straightforward if you have had an office chair before but not having instructions for the lumbar support left me wondering if maybe there was an adjustment that I didn’t know to make. Because there are several parts it did take a little while to put it together, but everything lined up well and I had no issues with anything. Each of the wheel legs is screwed no making me wonder if they may loosen over time and require regular tightening. For now, they seem sturdy with no problems so hopefully that’s a needless concern. I like the color of the chair. It has a clean fresh look. If this chair were more expensive, I would be a little upset with how much of it is plastic, which is basically everything from the seat up. It doesn’t feel like it lacks support but things like the lumbar support and head rest movement have a plastic feel that doesn’t seem overly strong. I don’t intend to move either very often, so I’m not truly concerned but it does make it feel a little cheap. Overall, I’m very happy with this chair, both in the way it sits and operates and how it looks. I would certainly order again if I needed one.

I’m guessing that I’m not the only person who is tired of black office chairs. I loved the white and blue colors of this chair, especially since it goes so well on our blue and white lanai here in Florida. PROS: (1) The seat cushion is thick and is molded to fit the legs and butt. (2) The cushioned arms are a bonus! I rarely see the arms of office chairs with padding. If you spend a lot of time in the chair and want to rest your arms, these cushioned arms will be very nice to have. Their height is okay for me, but I’m not very tall (5’2”). (3) The arms are adjustable so they pivot up and out of the way to hold up near the seat back. At times I need to scoot my chair up closer to my desk and the arms would get in the way, but with these adjustable arms, it’s not an issue. (4) Love the blue heathered color fabric for this chair. Combined with all of the white structure of the rest of the chair makes this a very modern, attractive office chair. It’s so nice to have a chair that isn’t boring black. (5) It was extremely easy to assemble the chair. The directions were clear, the parts were all labeled and packaged on a card separated for ease. All the screws fit perfectly into the holes without any stress or problems. (6) The chair comes with a neck rest and a jacket hanger in the back. Since this office chair is going to be my art-desk chair, I’m using the hanger for draping my painting aprons over! (7) Kitty approved place for napping! CONS: None so far. OVERALL: This is a great looking, comfy chair that feels extremely well made and constructed. I highly recommend this chair for your home office or workspace. I think you’ll be very happy with this chair.

I've sat in a lot of office chairs over past 50 years, and this is one of the best. It's comfortable, adjustable, and has some nice features. Putting it together is a bit of a challenge. In the photos, you can see the parts laid out. I like the way they packaged --and labeled-- the fasteners. They even included a few extra bolts, just in case. The parts are not labeled "left" and "right", so it's a bit of a challenge trying to put the arm rests on the brackets, on the back. If you do it wrong, the arm rests will extend out the back of the chair, The chair includes a lower back support, shown in the photo. No instructions on how to adjust it, but if you push on the plastic ears, you can move it up and down. I found that it made a positive difference in comfort. They include a "coat rack" on the back of the headrest. Even if you don't plan on hanging clothes on it, it makes a great handle chair races. Likewise, the headrest should prevent whiplash injuries. The headrest is adjustable and if it annoys you, it can easily be removed. It took about a half hour to assemble this chair. It's really a two person job. When you are finished I recommend that the hex tool be taped (not duct tape) to the bottom of the chair and that you mark your calendar to check the bolts for tightness in about six months. Overall, this chair appears to be good value for the money. I have no idea (yet) on how it will wear over time, but the frame is very solid and the upholstery should stand up well to normal use.

Dieser ergonomische Bürostuhl mit verstellbarer Kopfstütze und Lendenwirbelstütze ist ein echter Hingucker, besonders in Pink. Die Farbe ist mein absoluter Favorit – sie bringt Frische ins Zimmer und macht den Stuhl zu etwas Besonderem. Die Bauqualität ist top: Das Mesh-Material atmet gut, der Schaumstoff-Sitz ist weich, aber stützend, und alles fühlt sich stabil an. Er ist super fürs Homeoffice, Gaming oder einfach langes Surfen im Web. Die Kopfstütze und Lendenstütze lassen sich easy anpassen, der Bügel für die Jacke ist praktisch, und die Verriegelungsfunktion hält die Neigung genau so, wie man sie braucht. Ich sitze stundenlang daran, ohne Rückenschmerzen, und die Rollen laufen smooth auf jedem Boden. Insgesamt ein toller Stuhl, der Komfort, Ergonomie und Style vereint. Die pinke Farbe macht ihn einzigartig – ich liebe ihn!

Das habe ich nie getan und werde es auch in Zukunft nicht machen. Gut verpackt kam der Stuhl an und die Begeisterung war bei den Kindern groß. Sie haben ihn dann ausgepackt und dabei konnte man schon sehen, dass sich jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, wie man ihn am besten einpackt. Alle Teile waren dabei, es war auch nach dem Zusammenbau, den man einfach durch eine gute bebilderte und beschriebene (auch in Deutsch) Gebrauchsanweisung machen konnte, nichts übrig... Sehr positiv: Die Einstellungen auf den jeweiligen Körper ist einfach und jeder aus der Familie kam zu dem Schluss, dass es entspannend war, den FOKESUN ergonomischer Bürostuhl über längere Zeit ohne Ermüdung oder "Rücken" benutzen zu können. Der Kleiderbügel auf der Rückseite ist auch nicht schlecht, so hat man seine Jacke immer in Griffweite. Wer es denn dann auch braucht. Die Sitzfläche ist angenehm, die Rückenlehne ebenfalls (durch die Luftdurchlässigkeit des Gewebes). Ich kann hier eine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen, hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mehr als gut.
