MERACH Vibration Plate Exercise Machine with Handle, 330 lbs Capacity

Love this vibration plate! I’ve only had it for a few days so I can’t really tell if it’s doing anything for my body yet but I am sure it is. It was very easy to assemble; not much to do other than unpack the box, attach the three screws and the handle, and plug it in. It is not loud. I chose this vibration plate because I am a 72-year-old senior and I felt I needed the handle for stability purposes. However, I am finding it is so easy to use that. I don’t even need the handle. But it’s nice to have it anyway. It is quiet, it is compact, it doesn’t take up much space at all. If you have pets, I do want to say that our little dog is deathly afraid of the plate. She hides under the bed even when it’s not in use. She hates the vacuum cleaner too for that matter. I am hoping she will adjust to having it in the house. So if you have a dog with high anxiety, just be aware of that. UPDATE: It’s been about 3 weeks now since I got the vibration plate. I am loving it and moving my body more and more. I can dance on it, do squats and various other exercises. I even wear a weighted vest. I feel so good when I’m done using it. I have a lot more energy in general. I fed the dog treats on it for a few days and now she’s fine with it and doesn’t hide, even when I’m using it. She will lay nearby. My 78 year old husband has been on it a few times and he likes it too!

I specifically ordered this vibration plate because it came with the handle as I didn't want to trust my balance alone. It was very simple to put together and is very well built and sturdy. It is really very simple to use although it took me several tries to get the remote to link with the machine based on where the "eye" is. First timers, like me, may find they get a little dizzy at the beginning of use until you get used to the vibration. With that said, my legs feel so much more energized. Definitely worth the money!

WOW---great little machine!! I did order the model with handle, not comfortable about my balance, gives me choice to hold or not!! Only have had for couple days, cool vibration through your body!! What to improve my balance.!!

It's a solid product I've been using it for a few weeks level 1 2 3 and 4, I like a lot of features about it. t's a good value for the money. It was easy to set up and it's the right size. I like the handlebars though you can't lean on them too much. overall very happy Thanks! 🙏🏼

My husband is disabled from an accident and on kidney dialysis. We bought this to try to help with his excess fluid retention and balance. My husband loves this and uses it 2 or 3 times a day on some days. He uses the handle bars to help himself get up and down and while he shakes, but we also have it next to a grab bar on the wall. He likes that it makes his legs and hips feel "awake" after he shakes and he feels like it helps his knees feel better. I was willing to try it to just see if it would help with his lymphatic drainage and apparently, it has done much more. Totally worth it for us.

Having been diagnosed with Lymphedema, I needed to reducing swelling in my legs. This type of machine was suggested and this particular brand had received high marks in reviews. Research showed that vibration might be helpful. I was ready to try anything beyond difficult compression garments and arduous physical therapy, although both have worked. The machine arrives with only instructions on how to operate it in rather fractured English. I consulted my PT, and she very quickly found protocols for the use of vibration. She could neither confirm or deny its effectiveness, though. It is easy to use. I haven't had it long enough to be certain it actually reduces the swelling, but I I'm pretty sure it improves circulation. I'll have to get back to you in a few month's time.

I’m very happy with the vibration plate. It is quiet and the handle comes in handy every now and then when you drift. The remote is a bit hard to figure out and doesn’t always work unless you press really hard and point it at the base. It’s easy enough to reach down and press start or the programs.

The manual is a bit lacking as does not cover what speeds and sequences the pre-loaded programs involve nor how to use the 888 function which I assume is setting a desired time and speed. I had to experiment. I thought I was getting a model V44 but the tag shows model 2468. ??? The pictures look the same though. It is not all that steady for seniors (I am 70). If you are not standing squarely on the platform and if your weight shifts to the side or rear it does feel like it could topple over. I have it on a hardwood floor. I am glad it has a handle for security purposes but just rest hands on it, it does not feel that solid if a lot of body weight is put on it. Overall to me, this unit does not feel like a 100% solid base. Just be cautious when getting on/off and using it. The vibrations at slower speeds are pretty rough. They will literally make your eyeglasses bounce. A slight shift in posture helps however. And the machine does have a short slow down period at the end of its timer but stops abruptly when time is up. If you use it while watching TV as I do the stop can come as a bit of a shock. I bought this to use after my doctor advised me to walk after eating supper. Conclusion: I can honestly say that I do feel a difference in my legs after using this daily for 2 weeks. I found that program 03 works best for me. Night leg cramps have eased off, steps are easier to manage. One day I will upgrade but as a beginner level vibration plate, this will work.
