I Can Feel the 18k BTU Difference. .
I bought the ducted ac unit , ducted air distribution box and wall thermostat to replace a Coleman Mach 10 15k btu. You don’t have to get the wall unit as it comes with both a remote and controls on the adb but I didn’t want a separate thermostat for gas furnace. The online instructions are a little weak but the unit is easy to install. Everything works well and the turbo mode cools the RV faster than my previous AC. I like having 4 fan speeds. It is much quieter.

Best RV AC unit so far.
Install was a breeze. The unit is much quieter then all of my other units I have had. It cools the RV quickly and no soft start is needed. This unit runs easily on the inverer as the power slowly ramps up.

Garbage. Don't do it.
Was delivered in a beat up box but actual manufacturer's box inside the beat up box was fine, no damage. Installed unit.Problem #1, blowing out of the return instead of the duct. 1.5 hours on hold with manufacturer, long past their support closing time, finally killed call. They went home and left us on hold. Another hour and 20 minutes on hold next day, to be told that the duct adapter was facing the wrong way. Clearly states on the adapter with arrows and text " this end FORWARD". Well, it turns out that forward means towards the back window of the vehicle...... And no, it's not obvious which way around it should go when installing, hence following the big stamped markings.....Problem #2. Ran for less than an hour and a big noise and horrible vibration. Opened roof top unit and found a wad of insulating material had been sucked into the condenser fan and broke a blade off the fan. A velcro'd "blanket" that appears to go around the compressor. Obviously not installed correctly and destroyed the unit as a result.Another 1.5 hours on hold, warranty case started, email sent, told to respond to email with documentation, including photos, then call in to expedite because otherwise it might take 2 days to get to the email. Did that. Called in, ANOTHER hour on hold, to be told that Amazon carries the warranty for the first 30 days, so manufacturer won't help, even though it was their horrible quality control that caused the problem. Couldn't tell me that on the earlier phone call? Amazon says 2 days for seller to respond. Customer was supposed to use vehicle tomorrow. Still waiting for a response.

Works great and really quiet
We were able to put it to the test this weekend. The unit worked great. We have a trailer we keep in Parker, AZ. This weekend it hit 110 degrees and the unit kept our trailer nice and cool. It is extremely quiet. My only complaint is trying to figure out the remote which acts as a thermostat and controller. I can't get the temperature to adjust from the remote and send the signal to the unit. I can get it to change all of the other settings except the temperature. You do need to purchase a lower box unit for the inside of your trailer which I found at a different supplier. The seller here on Amazon was out of stock but helped supply the part numbers needed. One weekend down, let's see how it works the balance of the summer and hopefully for years in the future.

Best purchase of the year
The chill cube exceeds all of the hype. Super quiet, rapid cooling and very low wattage draw. Installed a ducted system in under two hours. ADS box is sold separately! There is also an adapter and thermostat that can be purchased to be able to control your current furnace if needed.Wasn’t happy with this seller because my unit got lost in shipping but they ended up stepping up and sending a replacement second day air. Would buy again from these folks. If not for the shipping issue 5 star all the way.

Very impressive AC unit
Nice modern looking AC unit. The install was fairly easy, although it's fairly heavy so two people is a benefit.the instructions are a little vague so watch a YouTube video. Blows ice cold. The remote temp is off by about 3 degrees.

Bad customer service
Just purchased this unit less than a week ago to replace my 28 year old 13.5k btu rooftop ac unit. I own a 30 ft 1997 Coachmen Mirada with no slides. According to the product description this unit is approximately 18k btu. The unit did install very easily was basically plug and play. The problem is it pushes out about half the amount of air as my old ac and no where near as cold. I mis-read the description (my own stupidity) for the distribution box and thought it had vents facing front and back. I did find that they make a distribution box with the vents I need. Upon reading the reviews of the correct distribution box it shows multiple complaints about the distribution box causing the ac unit to freeze and cuts down the airflow even more. I contacted the company to see if the distribution box problems had been corrected before I waste money buying one but they have failed to respond to my emails as well as phone calls just get transferred to no where. The distribution box that came with the unit can barely keep the front end of the RV below 78 degrees. Not sure if it has a bad fan or compressor. Will update if they finally get back with me.
