Pain relief
I was skeptical as I have tried other pillows and ways to make my sleeping more comfortable. Falling asleep wasn't a problem but, upon waking up, I inevitably had neck and shoulder pain. At times, I would also have a headache. I have used this cervical pillow for a week and have not had any issues with neck pain upon awakening. I was surprised at how comfortable it was, either sleeping on my back or side. I researched quite a few pillows and I'm very glad I chose this one.

I think this is the most comfortable pillow EVER.
I have degenerative cervical discs, so I have a lot of neck discomfort. Good support is essential. But a softness of touch to the face area is appreciated. This pillow offers both. Great for side or back sleep positions. I did remove the insert and appreciate the a ability to adjust it to fit my needs. It will fit into a pillow case or sham to improve appearance.

It’s a little soft. Hard to adapt too cause when you lay on it the pillow is lost. Still struggling a week later to see how it’s suppose to help me
