Coolife Hardside ABS Luggage, TSA Lock, Spinner Wheels, 3-Piece Set

We bought the medium suitcase for my son and loved it so much that we went back and got the large one too when he became a teen. The quality is seriously impressive. We also own Samsonite luggage, and honestly, this one feels just as good in terms of durability, structure, and overall design. The medium size is perfect - roomy without feeling bulky, easy to roll, and very practical for travel. After seeing how well-made it was, getting the large one was an easy decision. The wheels glide smoothly, the handle feels sturdy, and the material feels strong enough to handle real travel, not just light use. I’m genuinely impressed. It looks great, feels expensive, and performs like a much higher-priced suitcase. We’re really happy with both sizes and would absolutely buy again.

I’m taking extra time for this review. I used two of this set on a recent trip and they were fantastic! The shell is tough yet the suitcase is not a monster to drag around. The weight is great! Since they weigh very reasonably I can easily pick them up and store them with no effort at all. They fit into each other and all three together still are not heavy. Very pleased. The carry on fits perfectly in the overhead bin on a tight space on an American Eagle flight. For those who know those are typically ones where many have to check their carry ons at the gate. Not this Cool Life one! Perfect size. Score! The mid size suitcase has a nice zip pocket in between two sides. I put the bag for my shoes on the other side worked great. Careful opening it but fits like a champ. The outside zippers seem sturdy so far so good. I have not used the large one but the medium one fit in enough for 5 days plus two extra outfits (so 7 days basically) several gifts and 5 pairs of shoes. I was able to walk in the airport with them easily by trailing them behind me at an angle or walk with it by me and the carry on standing straight up. Either way worked well. The wheels are very smooth and they roll excellently. The functionality is adaptive. Well even the cat liked it. she jumped in and tried to claim it for sleeping in (no it’s mine!) lol Love, love, love my new Cool Life luggage! Highly recommend. Chunk your old suitcase and buy this now. It is worth it. You won’t regret it.

I’ve never updated a review, but I just had to for this luggage set. I have now had this set for almost 3 years. I have checked this luggage many times with absolutely no issues. And I have literally lived out of them for the last 7 months while I’ve traveled the eastern US (9,000 miles and 24 states). Again, absolutely no issues. With the exception of a few scratches, they look just as good as the day I bought them. I have also packed them to overflowing and the zippers have held strong. I have used the carry on and the medium bags almost exclusively. The large bag is just too heavy when full for me to heave in and out of my car and into hotels. I have more than gotten my monies worth from this set. When this set gives out and I finally have to purchase a new set, the decision will be easy, as I will buy another set of these in a heartbeat. I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this set of luggage. I had searched reviews for weeks looking for a good set. I travel frequently and needed a durable set. I had looked at Away luggage but just didn’t want to spend that kind of money. When I came across this set, I almost didn’t order them because the purple appeared to be a shiny bright purple. It is not! It’s more of a muted eggplant color. I love it! I was also hesitant due to them being a hard side case. I’m one that tries to cram as much as possible into my suitcaes. That ended up being a non-issue. I can fit quite a bit into these. I have taken my carryon on 4 trips where I actually checked the bags each time (I hate messing with luggage on a flight). Ive also taken the carryon on 2 road trips. As for the medium one, I’ve taken it on 2 road trips where I lived out of them for a week at a time. I have not yet used the large one. They look just as good as the day I bought them. I’ve been so happy with the way they’ve held up, even with the abuse they get from the airlines. I also didn’t have an issue with the locks as some others have posted about. I can’t recommend this set of luggage enough!

Updating after receiving a replacement (added side by side pictures- summer 2019)... Yes, this suitcase is nice to look at. No this suitcase (at least my experience with the larger one) is NOT durable as advertised. The advertisement reads: "Made of lightweight and durable 100% ABS material, with an impact-resistant hard shell, Molded corner guard reinforcements for absorbing and deflecting shock for maximum impact resistance." My first experience with the larger unit of this set is that is lovely to look at and lightweight, but does not have the durability and so-called "maximum impact resistance" that it is advertised to have the capacity for. Also, just to be aware if you did not catch the updated section of the description, the other two suitcases don't expand (as one would assume from the expandable headline wording- only the larger suitcase expands). I was initially very disappointed, and as someone who travels frequently, found this not worth the buy since it busted (and was not over the 50lb weight limit) after 3 flights. I was able to get a hold of customer service to send pictures and they swiftly (since I was in the midst of traveling) sent me a replacement to the address I've been staying at while out of town (it didn't come in the color of my set and the wheels, and inside pockets are different) so that I can fly home with a new suitcase. I'll update on whether the suitcase holds up after this flight, and if so, will update when I travel again in November and end of December/January when I have bigger trips... UPDATE Winter 2020: The replacement suitcase that I received is much better quality than the ones purchased as a set (with the raised wheels)- if you want to buy from this company, I would recommend the version with the wheels that are closer to the base of the unit! I would give the replacement suitcase a 4 rating (which I have finally changed this rating to), but the set of suitcases as a whole (because of the large bag that busted so easily) only gets a 2-3 rating. So be conscious when purchasing this set!

Awesome luggage set. I love the expandability, the color, and the TSA locks. Luggage fills solid and well made. Wheels also same robust. Excellent value.

Value for the Money, sturdiness, capacity, not heavy, corners have extra protection, TSA locks attached, easy to handle.

This turquoise is absolutely gorgeous! Already had the set in other color from over 5 yrs ago so got more for our bigger family. Often I just store these one inside the other. Haven't had this set on a trip yet but our other set had the wheels roll smoothly, locks worked easily, zipper slides nicely. Don't travel often but has been thru airports and car trips. Not sure how it would perform for someone who travels all the time on planes but works great for our needs

Purchased set of luggage and while it was processing, I canceled but it still shipped. I was offered by the seller to be able to return but my kids fell in love with the set. We just took a cross country trip where we had 5 different planes round trip and I believe this held up better than our new Samsonite soft sided luggage. Time will tell how it holds up long term. It has a locking feature which is nice to keep the luggage closed during travel.

Once I loaded the suitcase with stuff, the wheels stopped moving freely. To make it even worse, the front pouch zipper broke. Both of these happened even before my first use. Very disappointed with the product. Pls don’t buy this.
