I had to drill new holes for the screws, no big deal. The other issue is the screws and washers post next to the window control on both sides sticks out to far, and if you screw it in all the way the screws will come through the arm rest. I stacked up a bunch of the extra washers but then the screw and washers interfered with and window control, so I just left those screws out. It didn’t really bother me as this is a 12 year old car and the new arm rest works just fine.
