I've been using the vacuum for a while now and overall, I'm impressed with its performance. It does a great job picking up dirt and dust from my floors and runs quietly, which I really appreciate. I haven't tried the mop feature yet, so I can't speak to that part. One thing to note - if you have stairs, be careful. Mine has fallen down the stairs a few times, so I'd recommend setting up a barrier or making sure your space is mapped carefully. Other than that, it works great and has made daily cleanup a lot easier.

This little magic vacuum is EVERYTHING I've ever wanted previous robots to be AND MORE. I can't believe how much I paid for this monster. I have 6 cats, and one dog. 1 long-haired cat, and a husky/lab mix. What that boils down to is a LOT of hair. Did I mention that all the Humana in my home ALSO have long hair? Yeah. Anyway, based on previous experience with robot vacuums, I clean the roller brush and the side brush every day. It keeps the clogging and trouble to a minimum. Our Teena (that's what we named our robot) just goes around every night (the ability to schedule is such a help!) and vacuums cat litter, animal/human hair, sand, and leaves. Oh, I also live near the beach, so the sand is *everywhere.* Teena gets the job done and then some. When the weather warms up more, I intend to use the animal tools for the husky/lab. He's going to need some help with all his fur.

As they say about L.A., “We love it!” This is my second robovac, following my first breaking after 5-6 months (got a refund). The features on this are like day and night compared to the last. This one does a great job mapping out your area to cover it thoroughly on its own. The strongest setting drains the battery quickly, though is great for carpets. The medium setting works fine on my medium rugs, and it covers my 3 large rooms with these rugs before needing a recharge. It finds its way on its own back to the port if its three rooms away, rather than going dead somewhere where you’d need to carry it. I like the app notifications on my phone if it gets stuck while it’s upstairs and I’m in the basement. The auto emptying feature is so convenient, preventing one from having to empty it each time. The removable option is a nice feature for difficult to reach areas. I only wish the cord was longer. Good luck holding your cat down to use the pet attachment, though once I vacuumed mine, I got a nice clump of hair off of her!

*update* I still believe the robot vacuum is an amazing product, I’m having some challenges with this one. The Cliff sensor is continuing to cause errors . Though the customer service was excellent they did everything they could to try to fix the problem. But those sensors keep going off so I can’t use my vacuum. And now I am heading to a local store to purchase a different one. I never knew the peace of mind a vacuum could bring, but now I can’t stop talking about it. I live on a ranch with three dogs in the house, so my floors were never any version of clean and the dog hairs in the corners always took up space in my mind but no vacuum I had could handle it.. and now I just send “Rosie” out and that extra weight of dog hair is no longer taking up space in my head and while she’s working, I can be doing other things that I enjoy much better than cleaning. All of the other features are just an added bonus.. I know have a sense of peace when I walk into my home instead of seeing a list of more things I need to do. I wish I would’ve made the purchase sooner.

Great product for the price. I am so happy we made the decision to purchase this robot vacuum. I I wanted was Self empty docking station that also went back out and finished the job! This vacuum does it all. It picks up the dog hair, it covers all areas, it dumps the dirt and then it goes back out to clean. Not stopping until the mapped area has been swept. It also has a mop feature but i do not or rather have not used that feature yet. The app is easy to use as well. And if it gets stuck, it will send you a notification. I mean - let’s gooo!!

Update down to 2 star. 🙃 The whole company disappeared. Nothing available for refills. No contact with seller on Amazon or with Amazon customer service. I had no other choice but to return it. Wish I could of kept it but with no bags wish they had it the same as another business. Yet then I'd need to replace other things so that wouldn't work either. Fantastic!! So first we purchased another robot vacum from Costco but once homes seeing the instructions 🤔 sow that it was hardly smart at all. Plus could only do one thing at a time. So we returned it. 🥳 So happy to now of found this 🤖 robot vacuum!! It's smart enough to tell the difference between a carpet to vacuum and floor to mop when in auto mode. Super helpful for we have a large or small rugs in almost all the rooms. So it mops the hard floors and vacuum the carpet while working the same room. Changing while still going in a stright line. I've checked and do not find the carpet wet. Perhaps smugged as it changes from one to the other but isn't noticeable. It's perfect! I do not even need to increse the vacuum suction. Does a better job than our normal vacuum because it doesn't get the bathroom carpet rugs stuck as sucks. It's super persistent that it hasn't gotten stuck not once! Surprised it didn't get stuck when not realizing it had gone under a short bed. 😅 It got itself out noticing the section where it could squeeze though persisting. The 1st time we used it we were impressed how tough it worked! For a moment it made a noise only to later see it spit out a hair clip while cleaning. Than after it was done we check it and found another clip inside and didn't affect it's cleaning process! We are more careful now about that. We have a big home (2 bathrooms, 3 bed rooms, 2 hallways, dining room, kitchen, tv room, living room) . But able to finish all those entire sections of the home and still have battery left when done. Without having to refill the water for the mopping. You sure can notice the difference once it's done, how it shines. It's as simple as just plugging it in and turning it on and letting it vacuum the whole house. Should be that simple. Hardly noisy. Our dogs🐶🐶 and us all we could do was stare at it as it worked 😅 but not scared of it. Sure am happy we got it and would recommend it anyone. It figures things out as it goes even when different from the past time. Glad for the price. Glad for the brushes to clean the fur off the dogs. One dog likes it and another dog hates it (yet he always disliked to get groomed). Wonderful to see there the mop has gone and is going while looking at the map on the app while we are someone where else at home. App is great. I tell it where to go and how. With so many features that it's worth checking this device out. Really look forward to this lasting a long time.

Loved it so much when I first bought this! It has gotten quite loud when running and the mop doesn’t seem to work well anymore if at all, but I could probably try looking into it more..

I got this item for my girlfriend for her birthday and we have been using it for about a month. I have previously purchased a shark sweep and mop that was a little more expensive. I have to say that this one outperforms the shark one it’s navigation is better and it picks up pet hair better even though it has less section. Its design is just better and I like that it still self empties even with the water tank on. We have a lot of animals so the grooming and vacuuming tools being detachable on a battery are even an added bonus for us!

There is no replacement spear part for it. Request to change the parts but nothing in the market 👎.
