it is extremely heavy and tears easily I use a roller the other cover I had rolled easy and didn't tear where the connectors were this one tore through 2 of the connectors the first time I rolled it and the third connector on the 3rd time. I placed the gromets where it showed but it doesn't drain the waterlike it says it will. ALL IN ALL I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COVER AND DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY.

This cover works great with or without the gas/electric heater
This cover works great with or without the gas/electric heater. It raises the temperature between 5-10 degrees, obviosuly higher on warmer days. However, it is a lifesaver and money saver if combined with an electric heater. When I turn on my electric heater with this solar cover on, the pool heats up in less than 2 hours from 73 degrees to 86. (I know I should do solar panels, but I can't install panels on my house without permits).

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. After only 6 months of use, the layers separated and hundreds of little pieces of plastic filled my pool and filter. Then the company refused to provide a refund. After I pushed the matter they provided only a partial reimbursement. Stay away. This product is garbage.
