I've been pleased with this vibration plate. It's compact enough to keep out of the way when not in use, but still feels sturdy and stable while exercising. It doesn't take up much space, making it ideal for using at home. The different speed settings and workout modes provide plenty of variety, and the included resistance bands are a nice extra for adding some upper-body exercises. The remote control is convenient, so it's easy to adjust the settings without interrupting a workout. One thing I particularly noticed is how quiet it is. The motor runs smoothly without creating much noise, so it's easy to use while watching TV or at times when you don't want to disturb others. It also feels well built and gives confidence that it will last. Overall, this is a well-made vibration plate that offers good value for money. It's easy to use, compact, and a useful piece of equipment for adding a bit of variety to a home fitness routine.

This is a great vibration plate. It’s lightweight enough to be able to easily move around and is very sturdy when using and it comes with two clip on resistance bands for arm training. The display is clear and easy to read and the plate itself is incredibly quiet. I have one of these already so I know how to use it but it’s pretty easy to use. You literally just turn it on and start exercising. It comes with an instruction manual which shows you some workouts on it but you can easily adapt other exercises to use on here too. The remote control feels a bit cheap and flimsy, compared the the plate but it does what’s it’s supposed to and works well. My main issue is with the levels. It comes with 99 speed levels, which is way too many in my opinion, they don’t change much between them and who wants to be pressing up 99 times? There’s also 5 preset modes but nowhere in the instructions do they say what these modes do. For this reason I am dropping a star

Works great for lymph drainage. Just 10 minutes every morning. Great for improving balance and stability. Helps with better blood flow and recovery. So many benefits!

Brilliant, brilliant and brilliant

This is a surprisingly sturdy machine for the price! It’s exactly what I was looking for and half the price of the others I was researching. The only issue I have is the lack of instructions. The manual is very limited.
