I bought these dates as a healthy snack option and overall I’m very satisfied with them. They are naturally sweet, soft, and fresh, making them a great alternative to processed sweets. I like that they’re filling and give a quick boost of energy, especially as a snack during the day. They also pair well with other foods like nuts, yogurt, or even smoothies. The texture is good—not too dry and not overly sticky—and they taste very natural. I also appreciate that they feel like a clean, simple ingredient with no added sugars. The only small downside is that some pieces can vary in softness, and occasionally you may find a slightly drier one, but that’s normal for natural fruit. Overall, I think these dates are a great healthy snack to keep at home. I would definitely buy them again.

size and quality
They are large and great quality. I bought them from last year and have been keeping them in the fridge. I still have some left because I'm the only person consuming them.
