Review: 10/10 - I asked Chat GPT to help me formulate a pre workout with the best ingredient combination possible (excluding caffeine and anything else that causes a crash). Once it gave me the ingredient list, I started adding all the ingredients to my cart in desertcart individually, but it was A LOT. So instead, I asked it if there were any products on the market that already included all of the ingredients. Genius was the only brand that came even close to having most of the ingredients. I was previously taking Gold Standard Pre Workout and the crashes were HORRIBLE (even only taking half a scoop). The crashes legitimately made me suicidal and gave me horrible anxiety. Gold Standard DID improve my workouts, but NOTHING like Genius. I am 35 y/o and have been really struggling with my workouts lately. The last time I can remember feeling as good during a workout as I do with Genius Pre was when I was 23. I was able to push myself hard and I felt like my body had WAY more stamina. After my workout, I felt seriously euphoric. I don't normally go out of my way to leave product reviews, but I had such a good experience that I wanted to this time. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

**Q: How does this compare to the kaged muscle pre workout?**
A: Pre-kaged has worked a lot better for me personally, resulting in steady results. I don't like that the product description for genius pre specifically states "Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor meaning it actually restricts blood flow!" but on the packaging it says combine with our genius caffeine.

**Q: Is this the same alphasize that's in pre jym?**
A: Yes except they have literally double the dose. Pre Jym gets you 300MG per serving & Genius Pre gets you 600MG! It's a big difference given that is the main ingredient responsible for creating a true mind-muscle connection.

**Q: is this product vegan?**
A: It is not. It says it's produced in a facility that processes dairy and based on my very sensitive dairy allergy, it does indeed contain some amount of dairy. Nothing crazy but the product description here is misleading.

**Q: What's the caffeine content in this?**
A: I don’t take caffeine any more in preworks, I have been for 5 years now I don’t. Why? Bc down the road it’ll affect your heart beats and random rapid heart beats.. so yes non stim is the way to go! Trust me
