**Q: do you put it on after you bake the pizza or before you bake it?**
A: Either will work. I prefer after the pizza has baked so as not to char the seasoning.

**Q: Is it gluten-free?**
A: King Arthur does not state this is gluten free because of cross contamination in the factory.  Not all seasonings are gluten free.

**Q: Does the spice taste like pizza or is it to put on pizza as an Italian flavor?**
A: The spices taste good on Italian food and pizzas.

**Q: Isn’t this the same product you can get direct from the King Arthur website for $6.95?**
A: Not exactly.  i just checked at the King Arthur site, and It's $8.95 there plus $6 shipping, so the total would be $14.95.

Initially, I bought this for pizza but I use it in any dish that needs a boost of Italian flavor - pasta dishes, soups, even antipasto-leaning salads. It doesn’t have that fake flavor that so many seasoning mixes have. It’s always in my spice drawer now. Highly recommend.
